Has 6 charges. Spend 1 charge to fire (ranged 60/180 ft, dex mod to hit). Regains charges at dawn. If all charges expended, roll a Constitution save or it jams for days.

Heal 10 HPHeals 10 hit points on consumption. If consumed under a clear night sky, restores an additional HP (flavor: aligned with starlight).

A small ampoule whose fluid mirrors distant celestial events. Drinking it sharpens perception of planar and astral phenomena.
