Shop Atmosphere
“Lysandra hums an off-key arcane lullaby while working and always stamps receipts with an odd, looping sigil that looks like a crescent eating a quill. She refuses to sell fourth-level and above scrolls to obvious brigands without a deposit and a written promise to use the scroll for 'legitimate scholarly or defensive purposes'; she offers customers tea brewed from 'inkleaf' to steady their hands while signing. Her cat, Inkblot, will patrol any purchased scrolls and occasionally bat at customers who handle the goods too roughly.”
