An intimate, private performance and conversation in a silken alcove. Includes music, storytelling, and gentle, non-combat companionship. Maela or a senior courtesan performs; emotional reading often included.

Maela can subtly read the client's mood like a melody; the client gains advantage on succeeding checks to reveal a personal truth or to role-play a confession for the next hour (GM adjudicated).

A carefully blended perfume of moon jasmine, amber, and a pinch of fey-rose. Enchanted to linger and entice memories and warmth.

When applied, grants +2 to Charisma (Persuasion) checks for one social encounter (up to 10 minutes of interaction). Lasts 1 hour in total before fading.

A finely carved lute whose sound seems to carry the echo of a lover's sigh. Preferred by Maela's performers.

When used to perform (Bardic performance or similar), the performer gains +1 on Charisma (Performance) checks. If a short rest is taken while the lute is played, one ally regains an extra hit points (DM fiat).

Luxurious silk dyed deep mauve and embroidered with silver threads. Often used for gowns, banners, or stage drapes.

None (mundane), though Maela can enchant small swathes on request for an added fee.

Once per day, when held and listened to, grants the holder advantage on one Intelligence (History) or Charisma (Persuasion) check tied to a personal memory or telling a story. Also soothes anxiety: expend to remove one level of exhaustion (rarely used).

A single candle made with Bloom's Whisper oils. Burns with a pleasant, distracting fragrance.

When lit in a small room, grants +1 to allies' Charisma-based checks while it burns (up to 2 hours) due to mood lighting and subtle enchantment.

A stamped token good for one minor private performance by a junior performer (20–30 minutes). Popular as gifts.

Redeemable at The Sea of Thighs; not valid for Maela herself unless negotiated.

A ribbon-like anklet that rhymes with the performer's rhythm. Not truly magical but charming.

Gives the wearer advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) for stage routines and improves stage presence (+2 Performance for non-combat displays).

A small pouch of heated stones and scented herbs wrapped in silk. Used to soothe muscles and nerves.

A lightweight, dark-stitched cloak favored backstage. Its weave seems to drink in candlelight.

Functions like a Cloak of Protection: bonus to AC and saving throws while worn. Requires attunement.
Miscellaneous1

Maela or a senior performer can record (perform) a short personal lullaby or message onto a small crystal vial. When played back, it soothes the listener.

Playback grants the listener advantage on one Wisdom saving throw or gives comfort equal to calming a frightened condition (GM decision).
