Shop Atmosphere

Iri greets customers with a low trill and offers a cup of fox-tea (no cost for regulars). A small, real fox — called 'Nutmeg' — naps on the counter and delights in stealing vials with a delicate nip; Iri sometimes barters small discounts for interesting blooms. The shop smells of damp earth, honey, and faint rot; labels are written in a tidy, looping hand and often include a tiny fox paw print. Iri hums old foraging rhymes while grinding herbs, and will sometimes barter information about local poisonous plants for a rare flower or a story of a fox sighting.
