Brom has a deep scar across his snout from a battle with a wyvern and frequently tells exaggerated tales of his exploits while serving drinks.

Lore

Legends say that the Griffin, once a protector of adventurers, was transformed into a golden statue by an old mage after defeating an invading horde. Some believe that on nights with a full moon, those who sit in the tavern's upper balcony may see the statue come to life and hear the whispers of ancient heroes guiding new quests.
