At random times, delicate faerie lights flit through the tavern, unseen by some but unmistakable for those with keen eyesight or attuned to magic. Occasionally, subtle whispers echo in the breeze, said to be the forest spirits conversing.

Lore

Deep within the forest, the tavern is said to be built atop the "Heartroot," an ancient tree whose roots pulse with primal magic. Legend claims the Heartroot’s lifeforce protects the retreat and those within it from harm, granting subtle blessings on the land — but also drawing the attention of restless fey and forest spirits. Some say the faerie lights that dance overhead are the eyes of the Heartroot watching.
