At sunset, a battered bell hung near the hearth rings out a chaotic tune, signaling 'lagoon hour' when drinks cost half-price for the next thirty minutes. The staff includes Kenku runners who mimic orders in uncanny voices.

Lore

Local legend holds that drinking the last drop from a Dockwater Ale barrel guarantees safe passage at sea. Some believe the tavern is protected by the ghost of the ship it’s built on—occasionally, spectral lights flicker beneath the floor during storms.
