Khor-Valen is a collection of stone-walled longhouses and circular huts built upon a rising plateau. Towering totems of carved bone and black iron mark the perimeter. Below the cliffs, the Mirror Lake provides the only respite from the heat. It is a place of raw survival, where only the strong thrive and the mountains shadow every movement with the threat of predators.
