Aethelgards Reach is a vertical marvel carved directly into the side of Mount Kaelos. Buildings are constructed from heavy granite and reinforced with sky-steel to withstand gale-force winds. The village is split between The Root where miners dwell and The Eyrie where the Aarakocra nest. Access between levels requires sturdy pulleys or the bravery to walk narrow cliff-side stairs. It is a place of rugged beauty and constant peril.
