Salt-Grip
Salt-Grip is a vertical village clinging to the side of jagged sea cliffs. Buildings are constructed from bleached driftwood and dark basalt, connected by a precarious network of rope bridges and stone stairs. The smell of drying kelp and woodsmoke hangs heavy in the air. Below the cliffs, the bay churns with turquoise water, while the rhythm of the village is dictated entirely by the shifting tides and the sound of the foghorn.
