Ironshrine

Ironshrine is a vertical town carved directly into the granite face of Mount Kuldar. Structures are connected by steep stairways and heavy iron chains that serve as handrails. Great soot-stained chimneys vent heat from the deep forges into the sky, creating a permanent haze of grey smoke. At night, the town glows with the orange light of molten metal flowing through defensive channels, making it look like a bleeding wound on the mountainside.
