Briar's End
Briar's End is a cluster of timber and thatch huts woven into the roots of colossal ironwood trees. Suspended rope bridges connect the upper lofts while the ground remains a muddy maze of ferns. The air smells of damp earth and woodsmoke. Lanterns of glowing fungal spores hang from every porch, providing the only light in the dim forest floor. It is a quiet, cautious place that survives by respecting the forest's many moods.
