The Black Tower
The Black Tower is a tall, blackened spire of obsidian and old iron rising from the heart of the Dead Forest, ringed by bone palisades and slave pens; within the tower fifty undead servants attend the lich Arast while roughly a thousand goblinoids toil below, and the nearby trees stand lifeless as ash, creeping south toward the elven borders.
