Mire's End is a sprawling network of shacks and platforms lashed to gargantuan cypress trees. Lanterns glow with bioluminescent algae to cut through the heavy mist that clings to the water. This is the last stop for legitimate trade and the first for anything illicit moving across the border. Every building is built on stilts to survive the unpredictable rising tides of the swamp.
