Appearance
Malakor is a tall, austere figure with smooth slate-gray stone skin that has the fine grain of river-polished basalt. His silver-blue eyes are cold and analytical, visible through narrow horizontal slits in a fitted full-face ceremonial iron mask. The mask is etched with geometric pressure-relief channels that faintly mist when he exhales. His movements are precise and economical, with every footfall placed as though he is measuring the floor. Despite his intimidating, almost funerary appearance, he has a surprisingly delicate habit of cradling damaged instruments like injured birds. He leaves behind an impression of sealed pressure, disciplined silence, and a mind constantly listening through the walls.

Clothing
A heavy lead-lined arcanist's utility robe reinforced with heat-treated bronze plates, layered over a dark gray work tunic and fitted bracers. His soft-soled magitech boots dampen floor vibrations. Numerous tool loops, ceramic chalk tubes, sealed sample jars, and copper gauges hang from his belt. The robe is stained with mineral dust and faint green traces of oxidized copper.
Body Language
Malakor stands perfectly upright, keeps his hands folded behind his back, and turns his masked face toward sounds before looking at people. When agitated, he taps one finger against the side of his mask in a measured rhythm. When truly afraid, he becomes motionless except for the slow tightening of his shoulders.
