Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.5 Turbo are live in Video Studio. The big jump is duration: generate from 4 up to 30 seconds in one clip, well past the old Seedance family caps.

Both cover text-to-video, image-to-video, and video editing, with optional synced audio at no extra gold cost. Seedance 2.5 goes up to 4K (480p through 4K). Turbo is the faster 720p / 1080p route.

Plain rates: Seedance 2.5 at 25 / 50 / 125 / 250 gold per second (480p to 4K); Turbo at 30 / 35. Both are on Top Picks, subscriber-only, with 1 free trial use each.

HappyHorse 1.1 just got a lot more affordable. We negotiated a better rate with our video provider and are passing the savings on: 720p is down to 13 gold per second (was 19), and 1080p is down to 18 gold per second (was 26). Both about 30% cheaper.

We also added a brand new 480p tier at 6 gold per second, the cheapest way to try HappyHorse 1.1 yet. Great for quick iterations before committing to a higher-res final render.

Flux 3 Video joins the lineup from Black Forest Labs. One model, four ways to start a clip: write a prompt for text-to-video, animate a single image, blend a start and end frame into a transition, or hand it an existing clip to extend.

Clips run up to 20 seconds in a single generation, the longest single take of any video model on CharGen right now. Choose 720p or 1080p, and turn on synced audio at no extra cost.

Pricing is per second: 20 gold at 720p, 35 gold at 1080p, the same rate across all four modes.

Four parts of CharGen were rebuilt today: the image generator, the panel it lives in, the dialog for adding art to a character, and the gallery.

An Edit tab on the image generator. Image now has Create and Edit tabs, the same way Video does. Pick Edit, choose the picture you want to work on, and every editing tool is there, grouped by what it does. Quick Edit sits at the top with its own prompt box, so you can describe a change and apply it without opening anything else. Every tool shows its price before you open it: an exact number where the cost is fixed, "from" where it depends on the model you pick, and Free where it is free. Finishing with one tool now returns you to the list with your picture still selected, so trying three things in a row no longer means starting over each time.

The generate panel moves the way you would expect. The line under the tabs slides instead of jumping. Panels arrive from the side you picked, so going forward and going back no longer look identical. The gold cost lights up briefly when a model or quality change alters it. Model artwork in the picker is about five times larger and keeps its real shape. If your device is set to reduce motion, none of it plays.

Adding art to a character is one spread now. The old dialog stacked cards inside cards. It is two pages side by side: who the art is for on the left, with a live preview of whatever you have picked, and the work on the right. Quick generate, writing your own prompt and choosing from your library all live there. Choosing from your library also no longer throws away images you just generated.

Your gallery leads with your art. Folders moved into a sidebar down the left of My Library, as a tree you can open and close, with a search box that finds a folder wherever it sits, including inside other folders. My Library used to spend 916 pixels of a 945 pixel screen on headings and toolbars before showing a single image. That is now 147, so you land on your art instead of scrolling to it.

Two new image models from the Qwen line, both covering text to image and image editing.

Qwen Image 3 costs 5 gold, and that price holds at every size. It follows long prompts closely, so you can set out the subject, the setting and the lighting in one description and get back what you asked for. It writes readable lettering too, which helps on banners, spell cards and shop signs. A sensible default for character concepts, item art and scene ideas you plan to iterate on.

Qwen Image 3.0 Pro costs 6 gold, a gold less than Qwen Image 2.0 Pro. Reach for it when a scene has several characters, props and background layers that all need to stay coherent, or when you want the extra detail on a piece you intend to keep. Custom sizes beyond about 2 megapixels cost 12.

Both take up to three reference images, so a character's face, an art style or a colour palette can carry across a set of generations. Both accept negative prompts and a seed. Available on Elite and Ultimate.

Two updates to video generation this week.

Grok Imagine Video 1.5 joins the lineup from xAI. One model, three modes: describe a scene from scratch, animate a single image, or pull from up to seven reference images to keep a whole party or a recurring NPC consistent across a clip. Clips run any length from 1 to 15 seconds, a floor most video models do not offer, and resolution goes up to 1080p for text-to-video. It currently ranks #3 on Arena.ai's image-to-video leaderboard.

MiniMax H3 just got a lot cheaper. The model moved to new provider infrastructure, and the price dropped from 18 gold per second to 7 gold per second at 480p, 61% off. Reference images used to add a surcharge past the fifth one; that is gone too, so a fully loaded nine-image scene costs the same as a plain clip. H3 currently ranks #2 on the same leaderboard.

Spotted a bot in your followers or an account you do not want to see? You can now block or report accounts from profiles, follower and following lists, and Gallery creator details.

Blocking removes existing follows in both directions, prevents either account from following the other while the block remains, and hides that creator’s posts from your signed-in public Gallery. Reporting is separate, with reasons for spam or bot activity, harassment, impersonation, hateful or unsafe activity, and other concerns.

Manage your block list under Profile, Settings, Blocked Accounts. Unblocking allows future follows but does not restore connections that were removed. Public posts remain public while you are signed out.

An odd chest might turn out to be a Mimic. You can now merge campaign entities even when they were recorded under different non-Player types, such as an Item and a Monster.

Choose which entry survives, and its type and details stay in place. Mentions, images, links, aliases, and related campaign records move with the merge. Clear type labels show exactly what will remain.

Typed matching keeps future session notes and generated content connected to the right entity without recreating duplicates. Merge history records both sides, and you can undo the merge when needed. Player protections remain unchanged.

Reve V2.1 writes text you can actually read. Point it at a tavern sign, a spell scroll heading, a wanted poster or a labelled map, put the exact wording in quotes, and it comes back spelled correctly. Most image models turn lettering into decorative nonsense, so this is the one to reach for when the words on the artwork carry meaning. It edits too: upload an image, describe the change in plain language, and it keeps your original framing. 33 gold per image, the same on both routes, across seventeen aspect ratios from 4:1 banners to 1:4 verticals.

MiniMax H3 is a 2K video model covering three modes under one name. Prompt it on its own and it generates from text. Add one image and it animates that image as the opening frame. Add more and it treats them as a cast, composing up to nine reference images into a new scene, which is useful for party scenes and recurring NPCs that need to stay recognisable. Clips run any whole second from 5 to 15, priced per second at 18 gold, so a 7 second beat costs 7 seconds' worth instead of rounding up to 10.

Both are in the model picker now.

Tutorial Academy now includes eight practical Image Studio lessons covering prompts, model choice, aspect ratios, resolution, references, character consistency, Reforge and fair model comparisons.

Each lesson uses reviewed desktop and mobile screenshots, dated controls and one connected worked example. Gallery's Use as Reference action also now carries an owned image directly into Image Studio.

Start with the beginner quick start, then move into the technique you need. Videos will be added separately as they are completed.

Every entity you generate comes with free artwork. Until now, that artwork always used our default look. With Auto-Art Presets, paid subscribers decide how it looks: pick one of about 80 art styles from the catalog, or type your own style description, and choose which image model renders it.

Styles are free. Picking a custom model charges the normal gold price for each image, shown before you generate. If you run out of gold we fall back to the free default while keeping your style.

Set your preset from the strip above any Generate button, or from Profile, Settings, Preferences. It applies to entity artwork across all 20 generators, prep bundle scenes, storyboards, recaps, and the quick regenerate tab on entity pages. Storyboards and recaps use your chosen model when it can handle multi-panel scenes (GPT Image 2, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Nano Banana 2 Lite), at no extra charge.

Classes now write out the tables they reference. When a feature says to choose from a list of maneuvers or imprints, that list exists in the class with every option statted. It sits under the progression table and can be edited or re-rolled like any other section.

Pick the rules you play. The class generator asks which system you use: D&D 5E 2024 rules by default, 5E 2014 rules, Pathfinder 2e, Pathfinder 1e, or anything you type in. Subclass levels, ability score improvements, and terminology follow your choice.

Build subclasses on your own classes. The Base Class picker lists the homebrew classes you have already made. Pick one and the subclass reads its real progression, so its features land on the levels your class actually grants them.

Casters get a curated spell list by tier, plus a one-click option to turn the class into a full linked Spellbook.

Over in the Pantheon generator, Detailed mode adds a seed card per deity. Give an exact name, a domain hint, and an alignment, and the pantheon builds that deity around your seed. Named seeds are binding, blank fields are invented, and unseeded slots are invented whole.

Long pantheon themes used to fail with a blank error. Forms now show their length limits as you type, and a rejected request names the field that needs fixing.

You can now build entire homebrew classes and subclasses in CharGen, not just the characters who play them.

A new generator at /class-generator writes a complete playable class from a concept (or from nothing, if you want a surprise). On D&D 5e that means a full level 1 to 20 progression with every feature written out, ability score improvements where you expect them, and a capstone at 20. A toggle switches between Full Class and Subclass mode, and when you expand one of a class's built-in subclass ideas, the generator reads the parent's actual mechanics so the subclass genuinely fits.

Every class gets its own page with four tabs: Overview (lore, proficiencies, spellcasting), Progression (the full feature table plus expandable subclass ideas), Roleplay (traits, ideals, bonds, flaws, hooks), and World (factions, regions, and famous practitioners you can turn into real linked entities). Everything is editable, classes export to PDF as a proper class chapter, and section art slots let you add images to the worldbuilding sections.

And your homebrew classes are now playable: the class dropdown on the NPC generator and the Character quick form has a My Homebrew Classes group, and the Character Builder wizard shows your classes as tiles next to the standard ones. Pick one and the generator uses its real mechanics (hit die, resources, features) and links the result to the class in your world graph.

Creating classes and subclasses is free for signed-in users. Editing after generation is available to subscribers.

Dialed in the perfect settings for your resin minis, your battlemap style, or your session recap voice? You can now save them as named Setups on every generator: images, 3D miniatures, video and audio.

Open the Setups control next to the Generate button, save your current settings under a name like "High-detail resin STL", and apply them back with one click whenever you need them. Your prompt is saved along with the settings, saving under an existing name updates it, and a "Save setup" button appears beside fresh results when your settings match no saved setup.

Saving setups is included with every paid plan. Applying saved setups works for everyone with setups on their account.

Also fixed along the way: image presets you saved in the past are back and apply correctly, and a long-standing issue that silently blocked saving presets for items, landscapes, battlemaps, town maps and spells is gone.

Export a whole folder in one click, from the campaign workspace and the World Codex.

Open a folder's actions menu (or a codex collection's inspector) and pick your format. Vault zip downloads are free for everyone: Obsidian, Markdown, or JSON, with one file per item and your subfolders kept as real directories, so the zip drops straight into an Obsidian vault.

It exports everything you filed: generated entities, notes with their full text, session recaps, and images. Foundry (.zip) and Fantasy Grounds (.mod) module bundles work per folder too, built from the folder's generated entities (Plus and up, same as campaign-level module export).

The dialog is honest about counts: it tells you up front how many items will export and which ones cannot, and reports what landed in the zip when it finishes.

Generated quests used to be a dead end: you could make one, but adding it to a campaign just dropped it into a workspace folder. Now a generated quest becomes a real quest in your campaign's quest tracker, ready to run at the table.

Add a generated quest to a campaign and it appears in the tracker with everything filled in: the title, the quest giver, the objectives (optional ones are marked), the rewards, the failure stakes, and what the party should do next. This works from every surface: the banner after generating, the Add to campaign button on a quest's page, bulk adding from the World Codex, filing into a campaign workspace folder, and the Claude connection.

Adding the same quest twice is safe: you get a friendly note and the tracker keeps a single copy. After recording a quest, the banner links straight to the tracker, and everything you add this way is editable there afterwards, exactly like quests you wrote by hand. The Claude connection also gains a create quest tool, so you can add a quest to your tracker in plain conversation even without generating one first.

Anything you generate can now join a campaign from three new places: the generation result, the content's own page, and the World Codex. Before, you had to pick a campaign before generating; now you can add anything you have already made, after the fact.

Adding a piece of content to a campaign makes it a tracked entity there, so it shows up in Memory, in mention links, and in hover cards alongside everything else the campaign knows about. From the World Codex you can turn on selection mode, tick several items, and add them all at once, each one reports back whether it landed in Memory, matched something the campaign already had, or filed to the workspace. Content that has no Memory slot, like quests, files into the campaign's workspace instead of turning you away, and the app tells you that is what happened.

Filing through your AI assistant benefits too: when Claude, ChatGPT, or any connected assistant files a generation into a campaign workspace folder, it now also tracks it in that campaign's world graph automatically for the types that have a Memory entry.

Whether you use Claude, ChatGPT, or any other assistant connected to CharGen, generating content just got tidier. When your AI generates an NPC, monster, quest, or anything else, it can now name one of your folders up front and the finished entity is filed there automatically the moment it is ready. If the folder was deleted in the meantime nothing breaks: the generation completes normally and your assistant simply tells you the filing was skipped.

There is also a new starter prompt in your assistant's prompt menu, "Set up my campaign workspace". It surveys what your campaign actually contains, proposes a folder structure, and only creates folders and files your tracked entities after you approve the plan. Entity lists and campaign dashboards your assistant reads now include each entity's artwork too, so it can show you portraits instead of bare names.

On the site itself, campaign pages load much lighter. The mention map that powers entity links, hover cards, and the memory view used to make around two dozen requests per page; it now makes exactly one. Hover card portraits and descriptions also now match the artwork on your workspace cards.

Claude and any other MCP client can now organise your CharGen folders for you. Eight new tools cover the whole flow: browse your World Codex and campaign workspace folder trees, open a folder to see what is filed in it, create and rename folders, move and reorder them, file items in, take items out, and pull a codex folder into a campaign workspace as a live reference.

Folder browsing and codex folders work on every account, and campaign workspaces stay part of paid plans, same as on the site. Removing things with the new tools only ever touches organisation: deleting a folder or unfiling an item never deletes your entities, generations, sessions, or images. The connection page at char-gen.com/mcp now lists all 48 tools the server offers, grouped by what they can do, so you can see exactly what Claude gets access to before you connect.

Campaign workspaces got faster and prettier too. Entity cards now show artwork straight away because card art arrives together with the list itself, so the Everything view loads with far fewer requests and portraits no longer pop in late. World-graph entity summaries carry a representative image everywhere they appear, from the campaign dashboard to entity lists and match suggestions.

When we shipped campaign workspace folders, we promised that pulling your World Codex into a campaign was coming next. It is here.

Add any of your codex folders straight into a campaign with "Add from World Codex." The link stays live: rename it or add to it in either place and both views stay in sync, while the notes and session prep you file into it stay private to that campaign so your codex never gets cluttered.

Your people, places, and things now appear as rich cards with their artwork and key details, the same way the World Codex shows them. Open one to see its full details or jump to its full page. A generated character and its tracked campaign version show up as a single card.

Generate without leaving the workspace: every folder has a "Generate new" button that files the result into that folder when it finishes. And typing @ in campaign notes now searches your whole codex, quietly tracking anything new in the campaign with an Undo if you change your mind.

Every campaign now has a Workspace tab: one place to organise everything that belongs to your campaign, the way binders and dividers would do it at a real table.

Build folders like "Act One", "The Villains" or "Player Handouts" and file anything into them: notes, NPCs and other campaign characters, sessions, and art from your gallery. Folders open as a spread. Maps and art show up big at the top, notes read like a ledger underneath, and people, places and sessions get their own sections.

Click anything to open it right there on the page. Notes render with full formatting and linked character names, characters show their portrait and summary with a link to the full page, and your browser's back button works the way you expect. "New note here" writes a note directly inside a folder, and you can edit it without leaving the workspace.

One thing can live in several folders at once, and moving it between folders takes two clicks. Pinned notes are marked "rides every generation" so you can see which notes the AI always carries into your generations. A filter box finds folders and items as you type, and the Documents tab and character pages now show where each item is filed.

The Workspace comes with any paid plan. Removing something from a folder never deletes the item itself.

This is the first step for the workspace. A follow-up is coming soon that brings it to parity with the World Codex, including importing the folders you have already built there.

The campaign Documents tab now takes files, not just pasted text. Drag a PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or plain text file onto the tab (or click Upload a file), and CharGen reads the text out of it and treats it like any other campaign paper: highlights, key facts, entity suggestions, and it is ready to pin or mention in any generator.

Scanned PDFs with no text layer get transcribed automatically. That one can take a few minutes, and you can watch the extraction happen live in the document list. If it fails, retry with one click, and download the original file back any time.

Available on any paid plan, up to 25MB per file. PDF, DOCX, MD, and TXT are supported; legacy .doc files need to be saved as .docx first.

Point any generator at one of your campaigns and it writes with your world's canon. Type @ in the details field to mention your tracked characters, places, factions, and documents. The picker shows your world grouped by type, with your recent picks and pinned papers up front.

Under the field, chips show exactly what rides with the generation: gold for things you named, dashed for names CharGen noticed in your text (dismiss any that are wrong), plus your pinned papers. When the result lands, one click records it straight into your campaign's world graph.

There is also a new Documents tab on the campaign dashboard. Paste in session notes, lore, or a world primer. Pin a document and it travels with every generation in that campaign. Each document gets an AI summary with key facts and suggested entities you can track with one click.

Campaign context comes with any paid plan. Generating without it works exactly as before.

Forgot to record a session? You can now add it to your campaign by writing a short summary instead. Pick the new Session Summary option on the create session page, type a paragraph to a page about what happened, and CharGen builds a real session from it: the recap, the NPCs, locations, items and factions it mentions, timeline entries, hooks and quest updates. It behaves like any other session in your campaign.

Your campaign timeline now spots the gaps too. If you have sessions 2 through 5 but never recorded session 1, the timeline shows a "Fill in session 1 from a summary" link that takes you straight to the form with the session number filled in. Backdating works, so the session lands in the right place in your campaign history.

Summary sessions cost a flat 30 gold, always run at Pro analysis quality, and are available on any paid plan. You can edit the summary later and regenerate the recap from it for free. Since there is no audio or transcript, the transcript tab and speaker tools do not appear on these sessions, and they carry a "From DM summary" marker so you can tell them apart from recorded ones.

It nails detailed prompts and holds a character's identity across up to ten reference images, so multi-angle NPC sets, hero art, and campaign posters come out looking consistent every time. Typography renders clean too, perfect for item cards and spell scrolls.

Generate AI scene art for any highlight or key event right from your session recap. Cards without an image get a slim gold tab that opens scene controls without crowding the text. About a minute and a half later you get a complete world: its cosmology and laws, a short history in ages, the powers and conflicts that shape it, secrets, plot hooks, and a set of lightweight region seeds. It is free to generate.

Worlds open in an atlas-style view with a cover map, gold region pins, and tabs for Overview, Cosmology, Powers, and History. Click Expand on any region seed to turn it into a full Region, or attach one you already made. Link a world's Powers to Factions and its Plot Hooks to Quests, re-roll any single part while keeping the rest, and find your worlds in the RPG Workshop, Browse, your galleries, and the World Codex graph.

Two new AI models just landed: a budget image model and a genuinely new kind of video model.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is a cheaper, faster entry point to the Nano Banana 2 family. Generate images from a prompt, or edit up to four reference images at once, at a flat 4 gold cost with no quality tiers or size surcharges to think about.

Gemini Omni Flash is the first video model in CharGen that does four different jobs under one name: text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-to-video with up to four images, and editing an existing clip with a prompt. Clips run 3 to 10 seconds in 16:9 or 9:16.

Both carry the NEW badge in their pickers, and both have their own model page.

Build a ready-to-run encounter for your party in seconds, combat or roleplay.

Pick your system and party, describe the scene, and you get the whole thing: a read-aloud opener, the enemy forces as proper stat blocks (CR, AC, HP, traits), battlefield zones, tactics, complications, the objective, win and lose conditions, and the loot. A live difficulty meter scores it for your exact party and updates the moment you change the foes, using the real math for D&D 5e (2024 and 2014), Pathfinder 2e, and Savage Worlds.

It is built to be changed at the table. Add a foe from a short description and a target challenge rating and generate it into a real monster, rename or rescale anything, reroll any section, and link monsters, NPCs, hazards, and loot into your world. Roleplay encounters handle the social side too: the NPC's goal and leverage, player approaches, NPC reactions, skill DCs, and the secrets to reveal as the scene turns.

Generating an encounter is free.

We rebuilt the Character Generator from scratch. The builder walks you through system, species, class, background, ability scores, and details in a clean step-by-step flow, and your character takes shape as a portrait beside you as you choose.

There are now 21 playable species in 2014 rules and 19 in 2024, including expanded options like Aarakocra, Genasi, Warforged, Kenku, Goblin, Kobold, Lizardfolk, Tabaxi, and Tortle. Every class and species pairing has its own portrait art, so a Dragonborn Barbarian actually looks like a Dragonborn Barbarian.

Plus the quality-of-life touches: search any long list instead of scrolling, a Back and Continue bar that stays in reach, a portrait that follows you down the page, and a generator sidebar that collapses and is now sorted alphabetically. It works on mobile too, with a summary that keeps your choices in view.

Your content now goes straight into Fantasy Grounds, the virtual tabletop, next to the Foundry, Obsidian, Markdown, and JSON options you already have.

On any NPC, monster, or item, the Export menu has a new Fantasy Grounds option. Copy it or download the .xml. For a whole campaign or a session-prep bundle, download a single Fantasy Grounds module (.mod), drop it into your modules folder, and switch it on in the Library.

NPCs, monsters, and magic items arrive as proper Fantasy Grounds records. Settlements, factions, quests, and the rest arrive as formatted story pages, so nothing lands empty. The 5e ruleset is fully supported.

Two new model families are in the video generator.

Seedance 2.0 Mini (ByteDance) comes in two speeds, Mini and Mini Turbo. Both handle text-to-video, image-to-video, and video editing, with generated audio included at no extra gold. The pricing is the reason to try it: Mini Turbo is 50 gold for a 5 second 720p clip, one of the cheapest ways to get a good animation on CharGen. Mini costs a little more for extra detail.

Happy Horse 1.1 (Alibaba) does text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video, so you can steer a result with up to nine reference images. It runs at 720p or 1080p, 5 to 15 seconds.

Both are in the video model picker now, including Top Picks.

The Fast and Balanced tiers for Animated Maps now run on the new Seedance 2.0 Mini models. Fast uses Mini Turbo, Balanced uses Mini, both at 720p, so your battlemaps get clearer, more continuous motion and ambient sound. Gold prices are unchanged.

Picking a Text to Speech voice used to mean generating audio first, then finding out it was not the right fit, which wasted gold. Now you can listen first.

Open the voice picker in the Text to Speech generator and every voice has a small play button. Click it to hear a short sample. Only one plays at a time, and listening is free. Your selected voice also gets a play button in the sidebar, so you can re-check your pick without reopening the list.

Samples cover all Inworld voices and the most popular MiniMax voices. Voices without a sample simply show no play button.

Got an NPC you like except for the backstory? A magic item with the wrong lore? Now you can re-roll that one section instead of regenerating the whole thing or editing it by hand.

Every section has its own small Re-roll button. Click it and just that part is generated again, while everything else stays exactly as it was. It works on the written sections like backstory, lore, history, personality, and appearance, and on lists too. Each re-roll costs 1 gold.

We started with Shops, and it now covers NPCs, Monsters, Factions, Dungeons, Magic Items, and Characters as well.

When you re-roll a list that has linked entities, like a faction's allies and enemies, the linked ones are kept and re-attached so you don't lose the connections you built. The rest of the list is re-rolled.

Section re-roll is available on paid plans, on your own generations. Open one, find the Re-roll buttons next to each section, and change just the part you want.

Your shops no longer go stale between sessions. Open any shop you own and refresh its stock without building a new one.

• Add Stock: pick an item type (potions, scrolls, wands, weapons and more), choose how many, and add an optional theme. The shop gets a fresh batch.
• Regenerate all: replace the whole inventory with a new set in one click.

Your minis don't have to stand still. Animated Tokens takes a flat top-down token and turns it into a short looping animation on a transparent background, ready to drop straight onto your virtual tabletop.

Upload a token, choose a combat state (idle, ready, swing, hit or cast), and download a seamless looping clip. The background is removed for you, so the token sits cleanly on any map with no box or border around it. It sets as an animated token in Roll20 and Foundry, and plays on a stream or second screen too.

Every state is its own clip, so you only pay in gold for the ones you generate, across two quality tiers.

Upload a static battlemap and get back a seamless looping video for your virtual tabletop. Water runs, torches flicker, fog drifts, and grass sways, while the map keeps its exact layout, grid, and lighting. There is no jump cut at the loop point, so it plays all session without a visible restart.

Per item: Every NPC, monster, character, magic item, and map now has a Foundry VTT (.json) option in the Export menu. Download it, then use Foundry's built-in Import Data to bring in a fully statted Actor, an Item, a worldbuilding Journal, or a Scene from your battlemap. Abilities, HP, AC, CR, skills, and the full action list all carry over.

Whole campaigns: Open any campaign or session-prep bundle and pick Export to Foundry (.zip). CharGen builds a small installable module with everything you've linked. Drop it in your Foundry modules folder, enable it, and import every Actor, Item, and Journal in one click.

Your campaigns now track what the party is chasing and every loose end they leave behind. CharGen reads your session recaps and pulls out Quests (goals with objectives and outcomes) and Plot Threads (the open questions and mysteries), then hands them to you in a review queue so you stay in control of what sticks.

Generate entire fantasy peoples — not just characters of a race, but the people itself. Each Species comes with name, italic Latin-style binomial, creature type, size, lifespan, biology, society, languages, homelands, age categories, subspecies, famous members, and how they relate to neighbouring peoples. A new generator for fantasy religions. Give it a name, a theme, and a number of gods (between 3 and 12), and you get a full pantheon back: domains, alignments, tenets, sacred motifs, holy days, allies, enemies, and the mythos that ties them together.

There are two modes. Quick takes a count and a vibe and writes the whole thing. Detailed gives you a card per deity so you can hint at a domain, alignment, or theme before generating, and leave any field blank if you want the AI to invent it.

Each pantheon opens to a Council view with three tabs (Overview, Deities, Mythos). The Deities tab gives every god its own dashboard: portrait, identity, tenets, worshipper beliefs, and a relationship orbit you can click to jump between gods.

You can spawn any deity as a full NPC, regenerate one god without rewriting the rest of the pantheon, edit every field inline, export the whole religion to PDF, and share a Pantheon card.

Sessions read like notes, not forms. Each session page now opens with an ambient hero — the session's name in caps, a one-line recap in italic prose, and the audio waveform strip directly below. The body is a three-column reading layout: plot tabs (Plot · Events · Actions · Highlights · Cast · Word Cloud · Threads) on the left, the chosen content in the centre, the cast rail on the right. Every entity name in the prose is linkified — hover to see who/where/what without leaving the page.

Hover anywhere, get context. The new entity hover card surfaces a portrait, the entity's aliases, a one-line bio, and a mention-range bar showing which sessions referenced them. From the hover card you can jump straight to the entity dossier — or, for candidates the AI flagged, merge them into an existing tracked entity in a single click.

Merging that's frictionless. Candidate entities (the AI's "I'm not sure if this is the same person as…" finds) now merge in one click. Hover the candidate, click "Merge into…", pick the target from a list of similarity-scored matches, and the system auto-renames every reference across every session's transcript and recap.

The whole thing is built on a single Workshop visual system — warm parchment-dark surfaces, Fraunces display type, per-entity-type accent colours (sky-blue for NPCs, red for monsters, teal for locations, workshop-gold for players), and one-of-a-kind atmospheric hero imagery for every campaign and session.
