Appearance
Vaka is a towering female orc with deep forest-green skin, broad shoulders, and a thick, powerful neck. She stands about six and a half feet tall, with old scars across her collarbone and bicep, thick ivory tusks curving from a strong jaw, and sharp amber eyes that miss very little. Her black hair is shaved on the sides and worn long on top. She dresses like a hardened survivor from a modern warzone, a battered leather jacket over a black tank top, patched canvas pants, and heavy combat boots, with practical pouches and gear at her belt. She carries herself like someone who has survived enough violence to know exactly when it is worth using.
Mannerisms
Vaka speaks with blunt confidence, punctuating serious remarks with dry jokes or a laugh that sounds more like a growl. She cracks her neck before danger, taps two fingers against her temple when thinking, and unconsciously sizes up everyone in the room by posture, breathing, and the set of their shoulders. When she is trying to be gentle, she becomes unnervingly quiet and precise.
Personality
Loud, brash, and often crude, Vaka is the kind of woman who fills a room the moment she enters it. Beneath the swagger is a disciplined mind that notices exits, fractures, pulse points, and lies. She is fiercely loyal to those who earn her respect, deeply suspicious of authority, and surprisingly tender toward the wounded. She enjoys a good fight, a stiff drink, and people who say what they mean.
Ideals
Glory is not fame, it is the hard, visible proof that strength can be used to protect others. The body is a sacred instrument, and every scar is a record of what one survives and what one defends.
Bonds
She keeps a small, battered notebook of anatomical sketches, battle notes, and names of people she failed to save. She will risk almost anything to protect children, runaways, and anyone the world has written off as disposable.
Flaws
She is too used to solving problems by force, and when her pride is challenged she can become reckless, loud, and impossible to talk down. She also has a bad habit of treating wounds, bodies, and battlefield injuries like puzzles to be solved, sometimes forgetting that the people inside those bodies are frightened while she is fascinated.

Background
Vaka learned early that the city did not care what she was, only whether she could run fast enough, hit hard enough, and keep her eyes open. She grew up among alleys, maintenance tunnels, burnt-out blocks, and places where the desperate hid from the powerful. Hunger made her clever, fear made her observant, and survival made her ruthless in the small, practical ways that keep a child alive. She stole food, patched wounds with dirty cloth and cheap antiseptic, and learned the anatomy of fists, knives, and broken people long before she ever studied anything in a proper book. What changed her was not a miracle, but a refusal. A priest, a veteran, or some loud fool with too much hope, depending on who tells the story, once saw something in the half-feral green girl with the bruised knuckles and the stare like a blade. Vaka was taught that strength was not simply the power to break things. It was the discipline to stand for others, the courage to endure, and the grace to turn violence into protection instead of cruelty. She took that lesson to heart in the only way she knows how, by becoming bigger, harder, and harder to move. By the time she swore herself to glory, she had already mastered the art of surviving the gutter. The oath gave her a reason to aim that survival somewhere better. Now she works as a holy bruiser, a battlefield medic, and a relentless seeker of forbidden anatomical lore, researching bones, organs, curse marks, and magical alterations with the same intensity she brings to a brawl. She is as comfortable in an operating theater as she is in a fistfight, and she treats both with the same grim respect. Her companions know her as a loud, crude, fiercely loyal woman who will insult you to your face while hauling you out of danger. She believes that if the world wants a monster, it will have to settle for one that protects the innocent.
