13 featuresAction
- TraitKoboldGrovel, Cower, and Beg, as an action, you distract nearby enemies. Until the end of your next turn, your allies gain advantage on attack rolls against enemies within 10 feet of you that can see you. Once you use this trait, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Bonus action
- Bardic Inspiration (d6)Level 1
As a bonus action, choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet that can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d6, which it can add to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw within the next 10 minutes. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, and regain all expended uses after a long rest.
Always on
- Vicious Mockery
When When a creature within 60 feet that can hear her makes itself vulnerable to ridicule.
A cutting phrase distracts an enemy. One creature within 60 feet that can hear her must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn.
- Minor Illusion
When When she needs a small sound or image to misdirect attention.
She creates a sound or image within range that lasts for up to 1 minute and can be used to distract, deceive, or conceal her actions.
- Healing Word
When When an ally within 60 feet falls or needs immediate healing.
A word of encouragement restores 1d4 plus 3 hit points to a creature within 60 feet.
- Dissonant Whispers
When When a nearby enemy threatens an ally or blocks an escape route.
She whispers a discordant melody that deals 3d6 psychic damage on a failed Wisdom saving throw and forces the target to use its reaction to move away if possible.
- Faerie Fire
When When several enemies are clustered together or hidden in darkness.
She wreathes a 20-foot cube in colored light. Creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or grant advantage to attacks against them and cannot benefit from invisibility.
- Charm Person
When When she needs to turn a tense conversation into a temporary alliance.
She attempts to charm one humanoid she can see within range for up to 1 hour, provided it fails a Wisdom saving throw.

Appearance
A small, russet-scaled kobold with a pale cream throat, oversized ears, bright amber eyes, and a narrow muzzle full of neat, needlelike teeth. She wears a patched blue vest over a travel-stained shirt, with colored cords tied around her wrists and a battered viol strapped across her back. She stands with her weight on the balls of her feet, tail curled loosely around one ankle, as if every quiet moment might become a sudden dance. Her voice is quick and chirping when relaxed, but drops into a startlingly steady whisper when she is frightened or angry. When rattled, she takes three shallow breaths through her nose before speaking.
Mannerisms
Tiko taps rhythms against her forearm when thinking, tilts her head sharply when listening, and punctuates serious statements with one precise claw tap on the nearest hard surface. Before performing, she checks that everyone in the room has an escape route.
Personality
Tiko is lively, practical, and far more observant than her constant chatter suggests. She makes friends by offering useful help before anyone has time to refuse, and she treats laughter as a form of shelter. Around strangers, she performs confidence with broad gestures and quick jokes. Around the vulnerable, she becomes patient and unusually gentle.
Ideals
Courage belongs to the frightened. The brave are not those who feel no fear, but those who make fear useful.
Bonds
The kobold warren beneath Redcap Hill raised her, and she will risk almost anything to keep its people safe. She also owes a debt to the farmers whose grain she saved, and considers their village her second home.
Flaws
She cannot resist humiliating bullies, even when a quiet escape would be wiser. She also exaggerates her victories when nervous, then feels compelled to prove the embellished version true.
Quirks
Background
Tiko was born beneath a limestone hill where a kobold warren survived by tending mushroom gardens, trapping cave vermin, and trading polished stones with nearby farmers. She learned songs from a one-eyed human peddler who visited the warren each spring, and from the old miners who sang to keep their courage in the dark. Tiko had a talent for turning work chants into bright, ridiculous performances, especially when the clan needed to laugh after a bad harvest or a collapsed tunnel. Her life changed when a cruel tax collector tried to seize the village grain stores during a hard winter. Tiko slipped through the collector's camp, mimicked his voice, and led his guards on a wild chase through the fields while the villagers reclaimed their food. The story spread faster than she expected, and people began calling her whenever bullies, monsters, or officials needed embarrassing. She now travels as a wandering bard, using music, nerve, and a well-timed insult to protect small communities. She still sends most of her earnings home, and she never passes a hungry child without sharing her supper.
