- Favored EnemyLevel 1
You have particular experience studying, tracking, hunting, and even talking to a certain type of enemy. Choose one type of favored enemy and two associated languages. Sivrak's favored enemy is Humanoids, specifically humans and orcs. He has advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track them and on Intelligence checks to recall information about them.
- Natural ExplorerLevel 1
You are particularly familiar with one type of natural environment and are adept at traveling and surviving in such regions. Sivrak's favored terrain is Forest. While traveling for an hour or more in forest, difficult terrain does not slow the group's travel, the group cannot become lost except by magical means, and Sivrak remains alert to danger even while engaged in other activities. He can move stealthily at a normal pace when traveling alone, finds twice as much food while foraging, and can track other creatures, their exact number, their sizes, and how long ago they passed.
- DarkvisionHalf-ElfYou can see in dim light within 60 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You cannot discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
- Fey AncestryHalf-ElfYou have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic cannot put you to sleep.
- Skill VersatilityHalf-ElfYou gain proficiency in two skills of your choice, Insight and Perception.
- LanguagesHalf-ElfYou can speak, read, and write Common and Elvish, and one additional language of your choice, Dwarvish.

Appearance
Sivrak Demez is a broad-shouldered half-elf with warm brown skin, tightly curled black hair, and alert hazel eyes. His ears taper only slightly, and his features carry both elven sharpness and human solidity. He has a strong square jaw and prominent front teeth that show whenever he laughs or tears into tough travel bread. He smells faintly of cedar oil, horse leather, and crushed mint, a scent he assumes is simply the natural consequence of proper grooming. His clothing is well-made but practical, with a nobleman's dark green cloak worn over weather-stained scale mail. A silver signet ring hangs from a cord beneath his collar when he travels.
Mannerisms
Sivrak checks door hinges, window latches, and rooflines whenever he enters a room. In conversation, he angles his body toward the nearest exit without seeming to notice he is doing it. He speaks with careful formality until someone insults a commoner, at which point his polished phrasing becomes abruptly blunt.
Personality
Sivrak is observant, restrained, and unexpectedly warm once trust has been earned. He treats servants, stable hands, and travelers with the same courtesy he offers nobles, but he becomes stiff and cutting around people who use status as an excuse for cruelty. He enjoys maps, well-bred horses, and gossip that contains useful facts. Beneath his composure is a restless need to prove that he is more than a discarded heir and more than a convenient half-breed intermediary.
Ideals
Responsibility. Privilege is a debt. If I have been given land, education, and a family name, then I owe protection to those who received none of them.
Bonds
I will restore my family's honor by protecting the people our house abandoned, and I will expose the noble who profited from their suffering.
Flaws
I cannot resist correcting people of higher rank when I know they are wrong, even when doing so endangers everyone around me. I also mistake suspicion for wisdom and sometimes turn a harmless slight into a political conspiracy.
Quirks
Background
Sivrak Demez was born into a minor border house whose lands lay between cultivated estates and deep, poorly mapped woodland. His human mother managed the estate's contracts and grain stores, while his elven father served as a court interpreter and occasional envoy. From childhood, Sivrak was taught that a noble's duty was not to look impressive at a feast, but to know which bridge had collapsed, which village had missed its harvest, and which stretch of road had become unsafe. His half-elven heritage made him useful in negotiations, though never entirely comfortable in either of his parents' worlds. When raiders and hungry beasts began using the forest roads, Sivrak followed the estate's old huntsman beyond the boundary stones. He learned to read bent grass, frightened birds, and the silence that comes before an ambush. He discovered that he preferred the honest danger of the wild to the polished threats of court. After uncovering evidence that a neighboring lord had secretly encouraged the raids to drive down local land prices, Sivrak was sent away rather than allowed to expose the scandal publicly. He now travels as a ranger, gathering proof, protecting travelers, and quietly building the reputation that his family was too cautious to claim.
