Appearance
A tall blue dragonborn with storm-sheen cobalt scales, a broken right horn filed into a jagged stump, and pale lightning scars tracing one cheek. He wears blackened chain mail polished to a cold shine, a heavy shield etched with a conquest sigil, and a longsword that looks ceremonial until it moves. His eyes are amber-gold and merciless, and when he smiles it is with the patience of a knife waiting in the dark.
Mannerisms
He speaks softly, forcing others to lean in. When angered, he taps the broken horn with one claw before choosing his words. He never sits with his back to a door, and he counts exits without looking like he is counting.
Personality
Disciplined, coldly courteous, and razor-proud. Ikarus treats promises as contracts, obedience as a currency, and mercy as a tool to be spent only when it yields profit. He enjoys order, not for its morality, but because it makes people predictable.
Ideals
Order through strength, the world is honest only when everyone knows exactly what happens to the weak.
Bonds
The gang that first sheltered him still lives in his debt, and he will burn down a city block before he lets an old ally be taken alive.
Flaws
He confuses respect with fear, and when someone resists him he assumes they are challenging his right to rule. He keeps score of every slight, real or imagined, and will nurse a grudge long after wiser people would let it die. He also has a weakness for proving a point in public, even when a subtler lie would serve him better.

Background
Ikarus Norixious was born beneath bruised thunderclouds in a waterfront alley where the markets of a city never slept and nobody stayed innocent for long. As a hatchling, he learned two truths before he learned mercy, wealth buys silence, and fear buys obedience. He ran errands for smugglers, copied ledgers for gamblers, and watched stronger folk kneel to lesser ones with titles. When a dockside beating shattered the horn on the right side of his brow, he took it as a sign, weakness is a wound the world will always punish. He never wore that shame with humility. He sharpened it into purpose. He found the paladin's path not through devotion to kindness, but through the orderly beauty of power given shape. A hard-eyed knight of conquest taught him that law, fear, and discipline could turn chaos into a throne. Ikarus embraced the creed with a criminal's instincts and a tyrant's patience, learning to sanctify intimidation as virtue. Now he travels where coin, leverage, and broken spirits can be gathered, posing as a sworn protector while quietly deciding who deserves protection and who deserves to be made an example. In every town he enters, people remember the blue dragonborn with the broken horn who always leaves with information, tribute, or both.
