  When Wizard level 18

  When she reaches level 18, Reyrora can cast one level 1 spell and one level 2 spell from her spellbook at will, provided they have a casting time of an action.

  You can cast wizard spells using Intelligence, prepare 22 level 1+ spells from your spellbook after each Long Rest, and use an Arcane Focus or your spellbook as your spellcasting focus. You also know 5 wizard cantrips, can replace one cantrip after a Long Rest, and your spellbook can be used to cast rituals with the Ritual tag if the spell is in the book.

• Ritual AdeptLevel 1

  You can cast any spell as a ritual if it has the Ritual tag and is in your spellbook. You do not need to prepare it, but you must read from the book to cast it this way.

• Arcane RecoveryLevel 1

  When you finish a Short Rest, you can recover expended spell slots with a combined level of no more than 9, and none of the recovered slots can be level 6 or higher. You cannot use this feature again until you finish a Long Rest.

• ScholarLevel 2

  Choose Arcana, History, Investigation, Medicine, Nature, or Religion. Reyrora chose Arcana, and she has Expertise in that skill.

• Wizard SubclassLevel 3

  At 3rd level, Reyrora chose the School of Evocation. She gained Evocation Savant, which halves the gold and time needed to copy Evocation spells into her spellbook, and Potent Cantrip, which makes her damaging cantrips still deal half damage on a successful save or missed attack, if they deal damage.

• Memorize SpellLevel 5

  When you finish a Short Rest, you can study your spellbook and replace one prepared wizard spell with another spell from the book.

• Sculpt SpellsLevel 6

  When Reyrora casts an Evocation spell that affects other creatures she can see, she can choose a number of them equal to 1 plus the spell's level. The chosen creatures automatically succeed on their saves and take no damage on a successful save.

• Ability Score ImprovementLevel 8

• Empowered EvocationLevel 10

  Whenever Reyrora casts a Wizard spell from the Evocation school, she can add her Intelligence modifier to one damage roll of that spell.

  You gain a feat of your choice or the Ability Score Improvement feat. Reyrora used this advancement to sharpen her magical discipline rather than raise her ability scores.

• OverchannelLevel 14

  When Reyrora casts a Wizard spell with a spell slot of levels 1 through 5 that deals damage, she can make it deal maximum damage on the turn she casts it. The first use each Long Rest has no drawback, but repeated use before resting inflicts escalating necrotic damage after the spell is cast.

• TraitElfElven Lineage, High Elf, you know the Prestidigitation cantrip. Whenever you finish a Long Rest, you can replace that cantrip with a different cantrip from the Wizard spell list.

Those who share her creed or fear her authority are often willing to hear her out, consult scripture, or grant her an audience.
