Appearance
Kora stands nearly seven feet tall, with deep crimson skin and a pair of massive, swept-back obsidian horns. Her build is exceptionally muscular and endowed, cutting a silhouette that commands immediate attention on the battlefield. She possesses male genitals, a trait she wears with the same pride as her scars. Her attire is that of a legendary general, red dragonhide leather reinforced with enchanted gold filigree and silks from Calimshan. Her most terrifying feature is her Vorpal Greatsword, a blade that hums with a hungry, decapitating energy.
Mannerisms
Kora has a habit of leaning against her greatsword like a cane. She maintains intense eye contact, never being the first to look away during a confrontation.
Personality
Kora is a woman of few words but massive presence. She carries herself with the disciplined poise of a high-ranking officer, yet beneath the surface, a chaotic inferno waits to be unleashed. She values strength and directness, having no patience for the flowery politics of the Faerunian courts. Despite her intimidating exterior, she is fiercely protective of those under her command, viewing her soldiers as an extension of her own body.
Ideals
Might. The strong are meant to lead and protect the weak from the monsters of the pits. Discipline. A rage without focus is just a tantrum, a soldier must be a master of their fury.
Bonds
My unit was my family, I carry the names of every soldier I lost in the embroidery of my cloak. The Vorpal blade is the only partner I will ever truly trust.
Flaws
I have a tendency to resolve every diplomatic dispute with a decapitation. My pride in my physical form often borders on arrogance.

Background
Born in the shadow of Hellgate Keep, Kora’s early life was a struggle for survival against the lingering demonic influences of the High Forest. She eventually fled south to Waterdeep, where her immense physical power and striking appearance led her to the mercenary life. She rose quickly through the ranks of the Flaming Fist, serving in campaigns from Baldur’s Gate to the Tethyrian borders. Her unique physiology was often seen as a sign of favor by some and a curse by others, but Kora simply used the fear it generated to her advantage, eventually becoming a legend among the high-ranking military circles of the Sword Coast. Her career culminated in the retrieval of the 'God-Cutter,' a Vorpal Greatsword she claimed from a fallen Balor in the Underdark. This weapon became her signature, and she spent her final years in service as a elite vanguard, breaking sieges by simply walking through the front gates. Now at the pinnacle of her power, she travels Faerun as a freelance arbiter of war, dressed in the finest enchanted silks and dragon-hide that her decades of looted gold could buy. She seeks only a worthy opponent who can survive more than a single swing of her blade.
