Appearance
Vivian Cross is impossibly ripped, every muscle built like forged iron beneath modern streetwear. She wears fitted contemporary clothes that leave her arms free, no armor, no shield, just stacked knuckles and a fighter's posture. Black sleeve tattoos climb from both hands over her shoulders and up to the neck, making her look like a moving mural of bruised saints and broken crowns. She is very attractive, with a hard, charismatic stare and the calm of someone who has already survived the worst room in the building.
Mannerisms
She cracks her knuckles before making a promise, rolls her shoulders when thinking, and smiles only after someone has already made the mistake of underestimating her. When amused, she taps two fingers against her wrist like she is counting beats for a fight that has not started yet.
Personality
Vivian is fearless, dryly funny, and intensely protective of anyone she decides is hers to guard. She speaks like someone who has fought for every inch of respect she has ever received, and she is quickest to trust people who keep their promises and show up on time. In a room full of liars, she is blunt enough to be refreshing, but she is never simple, because every joke hides a threat assessment.
Ideals
Freedom, no one gets to own my body, my name, or my future. Control, strength only matters if I can use it to protect the people who could not protect themselves.
Bonds
She protects the few people who gave her shelter when she was broke, hungry, and hunted, and she would burn down an entire gang to keep that promise. The old underground fight circuit still belongs to her heart, and she cannot ignore a call for help from someone trapped in it.
Flaws
She cannot resist answering disrespect with physical dominance, even when words would solve the problem. She also has a reckless streak that makes her spend too much effort proving she can take another hit, which has left her vulnerable to being baited into bad fights.
Quirks
Background
Vivian Cross learned early that a fist could be a key. She grew up in the seams of the city, where tavern brawls, back-alley debt collection, and midnight fence jobs taught her the only honest currencies were pain, leverage, and nerve. She started as a brawler with nothing but stubbornness and a talent for turning bottles, chair legs, and bare hands into solutions. Every scar on her body has a story about someone who underestimated her, and every story ended the same way, with Vivian still standing. Her rise through the criminal layer of the city was not built on cruelty, but on control. She became the person smugglers called when a shipment needed protection, the enforcer racketeers hired when a message had to land without a body count, and the wrestler in the underground rings who made stronger opponents look foolish. The black sleeve tattoos were earned one night at a time, each mark tied to a promise, a betrayal, or a name she refuses to forget. Now she fights with the swagger of a woman who knows how to take a hit, laugh through it, and hit back harder, because she has learned that surviving the gutter is not enough. She intends to own the place.
