Ignis has deep crimson scales that shimmer like cooling magma and a pair of backwards curving horns. He wears heavy chain mail with a worn priest's stole over it. A notched battleaxe is strapped to his back while a heavy mace hangs at his hip.

He is cynical and often mutters about the price of goods, yet he possesses a fierce, protective streak. He treats his faith as a business transaction between himself and the divine.

Born under the omen of a blood moon, Ignis was expected to be a conqueror. Instead, he preferred the clever schemes of the street. He spent years posing as a traveling healer to sell sugar water potions, until a real deity took notice. After a miraculous survival during a tavern fire where he instinctively used his breath to suck flames away from children, he realized he had been called to a different kind of service. Now he balances his natural greed with a newfound duty to protect the weak through steel and fire. He carries both a mace and a battle axe to signify that peace is a choice, but war is always an option. He remains wary of other clerics, fearing they will spot the grifter beneath the armor.
