Born in the sprawling smog of Neo-Arkadia, Xylia was once a data-miner for a minor biotech corporation. She grew obsessed with the legends of the old world, specifically the great apex predators known as dragons. While researching forgotten botanical sequences, she discovered that the city's air-filtration 'District 9' was built on a ley line that could still be accessed through ancient druidic rites. She abandoned her terminal, shed her corporate ID, and led a group of fellow outcasts into the artificial forest. Over time, her research and her faith merged. She learned to graft her spirit with the essence of dragons, believing that only by becoming the monsters of legend could nature reclaim the silicon world. She now rules the 'Scales of Neon', a circle of shapeshifters who maintain the forest district against constant corporate encroachment.
