Maximiliaan is a sleek Raccling with salt and pepper fur and a very bushy, ringed tail. He wears high-collared noble silks that are carefully adjusted to accommodate his tail. He always wears a pair of gold-rimmed spectacles and carries a scimitar that looks more like a decorative dueling saber.

Refined and oddly sanitary for his kind, Maximiliaan views the sprawling metropolis as a complex, breathing organism. He speaks with a posh accent and treats sewer rats like misunderstood minor gentry.
