She wears a fitted chain shirt beneath layered crimson, plum, and deep blue robes, with a sash holding two curved blades. Her movements are graceful and economical, like a spider testing a web.

Malice is soft-spoken, attentive, and unnervingly tender toward spiders. She prefers to let others reveal their intentions before she acts, and she regards combat as a sacred performance rather than a contest of strength. She is courteous to those who acknowledge Lolth's supremacy, patient with the frightened, and merciless toward anyone who displays confidence without proper reverence.

Malice was born Aurelia Travra, a daughter of House Travra in Menzoberranzan. From infancy, she was shaped for the temple, taught that obedience was holiness and that failure was an invitation to be devoured by something stronger. She learned the prayers, the genealogies, and the smile expected of a future priestess, but she never possessed the temperament her instructors wanted. She was too patient, too observant, and too comfortable with silence. Where other initiates sought influence, Aurelia studied the spaces between commands, the hidden routes through a room, and the precise moment fear became surrender. During a ritual trial, a swarm of spiders emerged from the temple walls and covered her without biting. The high priestesses declared that Lolth had chosen her, not for the priesthood, but as a blade to be used beyond the temple's reach. Aurelia abandoned her birth name that night and became Malice. She now follows a corrupted surface warrior discipline she calls the Way of the Black Widow, combining curved blades, sudden reversals, concealed weapons, poisoned cuts, and theatrical displays of vulnerability. Her left arm remains exposed as both insult and invitation. Malice believes Lolth is not merely a goddess, but her mother, her rescuer, and the only power that ever saw what she could truly become. She seeks enemies worthy of being offered to the Spider Queen, while quietly wondering whether a favored blade is still a person once it begins to choose its own targets.
