Appearance
Isaac is strikingly pale with gaunt features and wide, watery blue eyes that seem to be constantly searching for a threat. He wears robes of midnight blue and silver that hang loosely on his thin frame. His skin has a waxy quality, and he rarely blinks.
Mannerisms
Isaac has a habit of rubbing his palms together as if they are cold, and he refuses to make eye contact with older women.
Personality
He is clinical, cold, and views every social interaction as a transactional exchange of power. Isaac is profoundly distrustful of faith and parental figures, preferring the hard logic of the arcane over the whims of deities. He speaks in a monotone voice and remains eerily calm in high-stress situations.
Ideals
Power. The only way to be safe is to become the most powerful presence in the room.
Bonds
The Obsidian Omen gave me the strength to survive, I owe them my continued evolution.
Flaws
I am paralyzed by fear whenever I see a kitchen knife or hear the sound of repetitive, frantic chanting.

Background
Isaac grew up in a house where the air was thick with the scent of incense and the sound of frantic prayer. His mother, a woman consumed by religious delusions, believed Isaac was a vessel for a test of her devotion. The night she came for him with a knife, claiming God had commanded his death, changed him forever. He fought back with a desperation that unlocked a latent spark of magic, burning his mother and escaping into the woods. On the streets, Isaac's survival was ensured by his keen mind. He was eventually discovered by a cult called the Obsidian Omen. They didn't see a broken boy, but a perfect icon to be sculpted. They provided him with the sanctuary and dark knowledge he craved. To Isaac, the cult was never a family, it was an armory where he could build the power necessary to ensure no one could ever raise a hand against him again. He now travels to gather artifacts and expand his control over the forces of life and death, serving the cult's interests only as long as they serve his own growth.
