When As an action while holding a holy symbol and a melee weapon
As an action, Percival presents his holy symbol and imbues one melee weapon he is holding with positive energy for 1 minute. He adds his Charisma modifier to attack rolls with that weapon, and the weapon emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for another 20 feet.

As an action, Percival presents his holy symbol and each fiend or undead within 30 feet that can see or hear him must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the creature is turned for 1 minute or until it takes damage.

Percival can sense the presence of strong evil or good nearby. As an action, he can open his awareness to know the location of any celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet that is not behind total cover, as well as any consecrated or desecrated place or object. He can use this feature a number of times equal to 1 plus his Charisma modifier, and regains all uses after a long rest.

Percival is a tall, broad-shouldered tiefling with deep crimson skin, swept-back black horns, golden eyes, and long dark hair tied at the nape of his neck. He wears polished chain mail beneath a white and blue tabard bearing a simple sunburst, and carries a well-used longsword and a battered scholar's satchel. His expression is thoughtful and approachable, though old scars across his left cheek hint at a life spent defending others.
Mannerisms
Percival adjusts his spectacles or rubs the edge of his holy symbol whenever he is thinking. He speaks in the measured tone of a lecturer, even during tense situations, and instinctively explains unfamiliar symbols, weapons, and rituals to anyone nearby.
Personality
Percival is patient, courteous, and intensely curious. He treats every person as a potential teacher, regardless of station or species, but his calm demeanor conceals a stubborn will that becomes immovable when someone is being persecuted. Percival discovered that knowledge was not merely a way to understand the world. It was a way to protect people from those who used ignorance as a weapon. When a fire destroyed much of the archive, Percival rescued a sealed manuscript describing an order of knights who swore to defend the helpless without demanding worship or reward.
