His golden blond hair is usually matted with dark, drying gore, and his vibrant green eyes burn with a cold, focused intensity. Despite the handsome symmetry of his face, he is almost always covered in the fresh blood of his prey, which contrasts sharply with his pale skin and fine, albeit soiled, scale armor.

Theren is quiet and remarkably still. He speaks in short, clipped sentences and rarely wastes motion. He chose to exile himself to the Material Plane, hunting the very creatures that took his family. He believes that by wearing the blood of his kills, he keeps the spirits of his fallen comrades warm.
