Appearance
Lazya is a hulking orc woman, 6'5" tall, with lean, corded muscle, sharply defined abs, and a powerful, athletic frame. Her skin is deep olive green, thick, weathered, and scarred like stone. A heavy brow shadows deep-set amber eyes, and her pronounced jaw carries filed tusks that curve upward past her upper lip. Her ears are large, pointed, and ringed with thick iron hoops. Her dreadlocked hair is pulled back and exposes old white scar tissue across her scalp. She dresses for work and violence, in patched gray canvas work pants, steel-toed boots, a sleeveless black undershirt, and a battered open leather vest marked by blood, sweat, and tool wear.
Mannerisms
Lazya speaks in short, low phrases and often answers with a stare instead of words. She cracks her neck before a fight, rolls her shoulders as if settling a yoke, and taps her knuckles together when thinking. When irritated, she exhales through one nostril like a snort and lets her tusks show in a thin, humorless half-smile.
Personality
Blunt, disciplined, and physically grounded. Lazya values proof over promises and responds best to directness, courage, and practical competence. She is not cruel, but she can be severe, and she treats indecision like a weakness that endangers everyone nearby. In calm moments, she is unexpectedly patient with children, laborers, and anyone trying their best against hard circumstances.
Ideals
Strength should protect the broken, not merely dominate them. Power is a tool, and its worth is measured by what it defends. She believes loyalty must be proven in action, not declared in speech.
Bonds
She still carries a chipped clan token wrapped in cloth, and she will risk a bad fight to keep it from being taken. She also keeps track of the names of those who betrayed or destroyed her clan, and she intends to answer each one in person.
Flaws
She assumes force is the honest answer and can become reckless when insulted, threatened, or challenged. She struggles to trust clever plans, especially when someone asks her to wait. When anger takes hold, she can turn stubborn, silent, and impossible to redirect.
Quirks
Background
Lazya was born under open sky, in a nomadic orc clan that measured worth in bruises, endurance, and the ability to keep walking after everyone else had fallen. She learned to hunt before she could fully write her name, learned to strike before she learned diplomacy, and learned early that the world respected only results. Her clan valued fists as much as spears, because when a camp was raided or the winter winds turned cruel, there was never time for ceremony, only survival. That hard education followed her into the city. In its alleyways, loading docks, and tavern backrooms, Lazya discovered that a clean punch could settle more arguments than a sword drawn too slowly. She became a problem solver for people with no patience for talk, a living wall of muscle and discipline wrapped in bruised knuckles. When a Spire-sanctioned land grab tore her clan apart, she stopped fighting only for coin and began fighting for memory. Every matched grip, every broken jaw, every refused retreat became a small act of defiance against the machine that scattered her people.
