He wears heavy scale armor that has been polished to a dull shine, and he carries a massive hide drum that appears almost as wide as his torso. When he walks, the ground seems to hum with the weight of his steps.

Unlike the boisterous bards of the lowlands, Thuliaga is a man of few words and immense presence. He speaks with a low, resonant rumble and values physical strength as much as he values the rhythmic harmony of the world. He believes that every heartbeat is a drum, and every breath is a song. He is stoic, rarely showing anger, preferring to solve disputes through competitive tests of might or terrifying, rhythmic chanting.

Thuliaga was born to the Kavaki tribe in the Spine of the World, where he was destined to be a vanguard. However, he was born with a heart that beat in sync with the mountains' tremors. When he was exiled for refusing to abandon a crippled companion during a blizzard, he descended into the human cities. He found work in the arena, but he quickly realized the crowd did not just want blood, they wanted a story. He began to chant the histories of his people while breaking shields, transforming the pit into a cathedral of strength. He earned the name Thunder-Chest after he finished an opponent by dropping his weapon and beating a rhythmic war-cry onto his own breastplate so loudly the crowd fell silent. He eventually left the arena behind, realizing that the stories of the giants needed to be heard beyond the walls of a cage. Now he wanders the world, a warrior-skald who uses the vibrations of his magic to bolster the hearts of those he deems worthy. He treats every battle as a performance and every ally as a fellow member of his ensemble. Thuliaga does not sing about romance or petty thieves, he sings of the foundational elements, the breaking of stones, and the resilience of those who stand tall against the wind. He is a literal pillar of the community, carrying the physical and emotional weight of those around him.
