Bonus action
- Twin-Axe Frenzy

Enter Rage as a Bonus Action, then advance with both battleaxes. Her battleaxe mastery can force a target to make a Constitution saving throw or fall Prone when the weapon's Topple property applies.
- RageLevel 1
As a Bonus Action, enter Rage if not wearing Heavy armor. While raging, you have Advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws, deal extra damage with Strength-based attacks, and gain Resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage. Rage lasts up to 10 minutes and ends early if you do not attack, force an enemy to make a saving throw, or use a Bonus Action to extend it during your turn.
- Adrenaline RushOrcAs a Bonus Action, you can move up to your Speed toward an enemy you can see or gain Temporary Hit Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses after a Long Rest.

When an enemy damages her within reach while she is raging, answer immediately with a melee attack using Retaliation.
- RetaliationLevel 10
When a creature within your reach damages you while you are raging, you can use your Reaction to make a melee attack against that creature.
Always on
- Red-Line Assault
When When she must end a threatening foe quickly
Use Reckless Attack to gain Advantage on Strength-based attacks, then make two attacks with Extra Attack. On a hit during Rage, Frenzy adds extra damage to the first successful attack.
- Shoulder-Breaker
When When a strong enemy is still standing after her first attack
Use Brutal Strike to trade Reckless Attack Advantage for a devastating hit and a tactical rider such as forced movement or knocking the target Prone.

Appearance
Nshira is a strikingly beautiful female orc with a very lean, muscular build shaped by years of soldiering, forced marches, and brutal arena drills. Her skin is deep olive green, her tusks are short and carefully filed, and her black hair is worn in tight corded braids threaded with red and ochre beads. She has a visible intersex variation, diphallia, which she treats as an ordinary part of her body and refuses to let others define or pity. In combat she wears layered barbarian furs over a scarred leather harness, leaving her arms and shoulders free for movement. She carries two broad battleaxes, each balanced for one-handed use.
Mannerisms
Nshira rolls her shoulders before speaking, as if preparing for a blow. She taps the flat of one axe against her boot when impatient, stands with her weight evenly balanced, and lowers her voice instead of raising it when truly angry. She smiles with one corner of her mouth when someone underestimates her.
Personality
Nshira is direct, observant, and unexpectedly gentle with people who are frightened or physically different. She dislikes ceremony but remembers every promise made in her presence. She laughs loudly at bad jokes, enjoys practical work, and prefers honest hostility to polished manipulation. In battle she becomes intensely focused, almost serene, treating each swing as a deliberate answer rather than an uncontrolled tantrum.
Ideals
Freedom. No commander, clan elder, priest, or frightened crowd owns another person's body or choices. Strength matters most when it is used to break chains rather than forge them.
Bonds
The people of the surrendered village are her chosen family, and she sends part of every reward to keep their rebuilt homes supplied. She also keeps her mother's red beads tied into her hair, even when they are cracked or stained with blood.
Flaws
She is too quick to answer insult with violence, especially when someone treats her body or identity as a spectacle. Nshira distrusts careful planners, assumes compromise is usually cowardice, and sometimes mistakes being feared for being respected. Once her rage begins, she finds it difficult to stop before someone has paid a price.
Quirks
Background
Nshira was born among an orc war-clan that valued endurance above ornament and obedience above comfort. Her body was unusual from birth, and some elders treated that difference as an omen, while her mother treated it as simply another fact of the world. Nshira learned early that people often fear what they do not understand. She answered that fear by becoming impossible to dismiss, training until her lean frame could outlast larger warriors and mastering the paired battleaxes used by her clan's scouts. She served as a line soldier, outrider, and prison-breaker before abandoning the army after an officer ordered her unit to burn a village that had already surrendered. Nshira refused, turned her axes against the officer's guards, and led the prisoners to safety. Since then, she has wandered as a mercenary and protector, wearing furs instead of a uniform and letting rage become a weapon she controls rather than a command others can give her. Her old comrades call her a deserter. The survivors she saved call her something better.
