Appearance
Torga is a seven-foot-tall goliath woman with a broad, powerful frame that seems almost too large for her poor physical conditioning. Her skin is slate-gray with pale stone-like markings along her shoulders and forearms, and her thick black hair is braided close to the scalp with small copper prayer rings woven through it. She dresses in a weathered brown robe beneath practical travel leathers, keeping her holy symbol tied at the wrist rather than around her neck. Before she speaks, she usually draws a slow breath through her nose and holds it for a heartbeat. Her voice is low and dry, with a faint rasp that becomes startlingly gentle when she is comforting someone. When frightened or angry, she stops breathing for several seconds, then exhales in a controlled growl.
