  When Hit a creature with a Longbow attack.

  When Toma hits a creature with an attack using his Longbow, the creature's Speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of Toma's next turn.

• Scimitar Nick Mastery

  When Make an attack with a Light weapon while wielding another Light weapon.

  When Toma makes an attack with one Light weapon, he can make one extra attack as part of the same action with a different Light weapon, subject to the weapon's normal restrictions.

• SpellcastingLevel 1

  You have learned to channel the magical essence of nature. You can prepare two 1st-level Ranger spells, regain expended spell slots after a Long Rest, and use Wisdom as your spellcasting ability. You can use a Druidic Focus as a spellcasting focus.
