Appearance
Treuwaz is an Eladrin of haunting, shifting beauty, though he remains in his Autumn aspect to appear welcoming and warm. He has copper-colored hair tied back with a silk ribbon and wears lavender-hued noble robes trimmed with fur. Beneath his finery, he wears tight leather armor and carries two ceremonial daggers. His smile is perfect and wide, yet it never seems to reach his eyes, which are as sharp as shards of obsidian.
Mannerisms
He tilts his head slightly when listening, nodding in a way that suggests he is agreeing when he is actually just recording the speaker's weaknesses.
Personality
He is the picture of the 'charming politician', always ready with a platitude or a generic word of encouragement. He is polite to a fault, but this openness is a curated wall. He truly views himself as a shepherd of a weak flock, believing that his 'love' for the people is synonymous with his absolute control over them. He detests disorder, noise, and the unpredictable nature of the forest folk.
Ideals
Order. The strong must guide the weak through absolute rule to prevent the rot of chaos.
Bonds
My father's legacy is a tool for my ascension, and the guards are the hammer I will use to forge a new kingdom.
Flaws
I find the presence of 'wild' creatures like Satyrs physically repulsive, and I often struggle to hide my contempt for their joy.

Background
As the son of the former mayor, Treuwaz was raised on the principles of civic duty, but he found the elven democracy of his home to be inefficient and soft. When a surge of Satyrs immigrated into the city, bringing their wine, songs, and chaotic revelry, Treuwaz felt a visceral disgust. To him, they were weeds in a garden that required a master's pruning. He sought a power that could provide the ultimate order, finding it in the whispered iron promises of Bane, the god of tyranny. His pact with the Black Hand gave him the means to impose his vision. He has subtly manipulated the local guards, drawing them away from the streets and into his private office for 'training'. There, he indoctrinates them into a culture of fear and discipline. While he walks the streets receiving bows and warm greetings, his focus is split. Using a ritual of control, he has created a physical clone of himself, a cold warrior built for the slaughter he knows is coming. This twin stays in the darkness, a silent sentinel ensuring Treuwaz's ascension remains unchallenged. Now, Treuwaz waits for the right moment to enact his final law. The ledger entries 37856 and 24472 represent the exact population of 'ordered' citizens versus the 'expendable' chaotic elements. He intends to balance those numbers soon, ensuring the city is as silent and obedient as the stone in a cathedral.
