Appearance
Lazya is a hulking orc woman standing 6'5" with a dense, muscular frame and an air of blunt physical authority. Her skin is deep olive green, weathered by scars and hard labor. She has a shaved bald head, thick iron rings in her ears, a broad brow, amber eyes, and sharp tusks filed to points. She dresses in faded gray work pants, steel-toed boots, a black sleeveless undershirt, and a battered open leather vest. Her body is marked by tribal tattoos, old wounds, and the kind of strength that looks carved rather than trained.
Mannerisms
Lazya speaks in short, gravelly sentences and leaves long silences where other people would use filler words. When annoyed, she rolls her shoulders like a fighter loosening up before a bout. She often sizes people up by looking at their stance, hands, and breathing before she looks at their face.
Personality
Blunt, disciplined, and physically fearless, Lazya values proof over promises. She is slow to laugh but quick to respect courage, effort, and plain honesty. She does not waste words, but she is not cold, her care simply shows through action, not speech. When she decides someone is hers to protect, she becomes a relentless wall of muscle and stubborn loyalty.
Ideals
Strength should protect, not merely dominate. Power without purpose is just another kind of emptiness. If the world respects force, then force must be used to defend those who cannot defend themselves.
Bonds
She still carries a small strip of hide from her old clan banner, wrapped in oilcloth inside her belt pouch. She will not let the memory of her people be erased, and she means to reclaim their name or die trying.
Flaws
Lazya assumes every problem can be solved by meeting it head-on, which makes her predictable and sometimes reckless. She struggles to trust talkers, politicians, and anyone who asks for patience when action is possible. If insulted, she can stay angry longer than is wise, especially if the slight touches her clan or the weak under someone's protection.
Quirks
Background
Lazya was born under open sky, in a nomadic orc clan that crossed the hard plains east of the city walls. Her people prized endurance, strength, and the ability to survive whatever the world threw at them. Lazya learned to hunt with her hands, wrestle with grown raiders, and carry burdens that would break smaller folk before she learned to write her own name. She never needed finesse. She had fists, a hard skull, and the kind of patience that comes from surviving by force of will. That life ended when the Spire came with papers, guards, and land claims. The clan was scattered, some killed, some caged, some driven off into the dust. Lazya survived by doing what she always did, standing up after every blow and hitting back harder. In the city she found that taverns, back rooms, and workyards all obeyed the same law as the plains, the strongest voice in the room sets the rules. She learned to fight dirty, to punch through fear, and to turn anything within reach into a weapon. Now she walks the modern streets like they are another battlefield, a quiet giant in work boots, searching for the people who broke her clan and the ones strong enough to help her break them back.
“Her people prized endurance, strength, and the ability to survive whatever the world threw at them.”
