Vaka is a towering female orc with deep forest-green skin, thick ivory tusks, a hard angular face, and sharp amber eyes that miss almost nothing. She stands about six and a half feet tall with a broad, muscular frame, corded neck, and a body marked by old scars, including a jagged line across her collarbone and a puckered bullet scar on one bicep. Her black hair is shaved on the sides and worn long on top, and she favors battered modern streetwear, a worn leather jacket over a fitted black tank top, patched canvas pants, and heavy boots. Even unarmed, she looks like a veteran who knows exactly where the weak points are.

Loud, brash, and unapologetically blunt, Vaka sounds like someone who learned honesty in a street fight. She enjoys a good brawl, a stiff drink, and competent people who do not waste her time. Under the swagger is a disciplined, observant tactician who notices posture, breath, and injury before most people notice the room. She is loyal to the bone once someone earns her trust, and unexpectedly patient with the wounded, the scholarly, and anyone who takes bodies seriously.

Vaka was born big, loud, and half feral in the crowded refuse of a city that had no patience for an orc girl with tusks and a temper. She learned early that hunger teaches lessons faster than any tutor. She ran rooftops, crawled through alley vents, and slept in boiler rooms until she was old enough to steal a meal without getting caught. The streets taught her anatomy before any healer did, because in her world the body was either a weapon, a shield, or a map of where somebody had failed to survive. She got curious about that map.
