Appearance
Torna is a very voluptuous, curvy, and chubby athletic half-orc woman with broad shoulders, powerful thighs, and a full soft heavy bust. Her dark hair is braided tight on top with one side of her head shaved clean, and her green skin is marked by a few old scrapes from a hard life on the road. She favors simple robes, cloaks, pants and shirts that make room for movement, usually cinched just enough to stay practical while she trains or travels.
Mannerisms
Torna folds her arms under her bust when thinking, cracks her knuckles before a difficult conversation, and speaks in blunt, steady sentences. She often plants her feet like she is bracing against a wind that is not there, and she laughs softly through her nose when she is amused.
Personality
Frank, earthy, and unpretentious, Torna says exactly what she thinks and expects others to do the same. She is warm to common folk, wary of schemers, and surprisingly gentle with children, animals, and the downtrodden. She enjoys hard work, honest meals, and the feeling of her body moving freely without restriction.
Ideals
Freedom. No one should be trapped by birth, poverty, or fear. Strength is meant to open doors for others, not slam them shut.
Bonds
Her foster parents are her truest family, and she will go to any lengths to keep their farm safe and prosperous.
Flaws
Torna is so direct that she can sound rude even when she means well. She struggles to trust polished authority, assuming anyone with too much polish is hiding rot. When anger flares, she is more likely to act first and explain later, especially if someone threatens the helpless.
Quirks
Background
Torna was raised on the edge of a small farming village, not in a manor or a clan hall, but between fences, haystacks, and muddy lanes. She never knew her real parents. A dwarf father and a human mother took her in as a foundling and treated her as their own, teaching her how to plant, harvest, mend, and endure. From them she learned honesty before comfort, work before pride, and that a strong back and a clear tongue could carry a person farther than fancy blood ever would. Even as a child, Torna moved like a storm trapped in a body, quick to climb, quick to help, and quick to put herself between trouble and the weaker folk around her. When bandits, drunks, and rough traders passed through the village, she learned to survive by watching, slipping away, stealing back what was taken, and striking only when she had to. That instinct eventually drew her to monk training from a wandering ascetic who saw discipline in her raw force. Now Torna walks the roads in simple open robes and shirts, using her body as both shield and weapon, determined to protect the forgotten, expose bullies, and build a life that is hers alone.
