Appearance
A towering, broad-shouldered human with scarred knuckles, a heavy brow, and a hard, self-assured stare. He carries himself like a living battering ram, with close-cropped dark hair, a permanent fighting grin, and old military markings worked into leather, cloth, and old trophies. His gear is practical, battered, and earned, never decorative unless it came from a victory he still remembers.
Mannerisms
Speaks in short, blunt sentences, cracks his knuckles before making a decision, and laughs softly when a situation turns dangerous. He sizes people up by posture and footwork, not titles, and tends to lean forward when he is interested, as if every conversation might become a fight.
Personality
Boisterous, fearless, and strangely direct, Uvogin enjoys clear stakes and honest opposition. He respects courage more than rank, keeps his promises with almost stubborn pride, and has a black sense of humor that surfaces at the worst possible moments. He is not gentle, but he is dependable when it matters.
Ideals
Strength is a responsibility. The strong should protect the people who cannot hold the line alone, but they should never lie about the cost of survival. Freedom matters most when it is earned and defended by blood and choice.
Bonds
He still carries a battered token from his old unit and protects it like a holy relic. He will not abandon a comrade who has earned his trust, even if he has to drag them out of hell by the collar.
Flaws
He mistakes dominance for honesty and often pushes people until they break or prove themselves. He can be reckless to the point of stupidity when anger or a worthy fight is involved, and he has little patience for rules that exist only to make the weak feel safe.
Quirks
Background
Uvogin was born with a body built for impact and a spirit that refused to bow. Raised in a rough borderland garrison, he learned early that banners, drills, and shouted orders mattered less than whether you could stand your ground when the line broke. He was the sort of recruit who laughed at exhaustion, welcomed bruises as proof of progress, and turned every sparring match into a test of will. The officers called him undisciplined, but the veterans knew better. He was a weapon that had never decided to be owned. When war or raiders came to the frontier, Uvogin did what he always did, he met force with greater force. He earned his reputation in shield walls and brutal close-quarters brawls, where he was equal parts bulwark and avalanche. Over time, the battlefield taught him that obedience was a tool, not a virtue, and that loyalty meant more when it was chosen rather than commanded. He left the army with a soldier's habits and a free man's appetite, drifting from cause to cause as his temper, curiosity, and love of honest combat led him. He still respects courage, still salutes old comrades, and still remembers every person who ever stood beside him when the fighting got ugly.
