Kiara can take the Attack action twice instead of once on her turn.

Flurry of Blows lets Kiara spend 1 Focus Point to make two Unarmed Strikes as a Bonus Action.

Patient Defense lets Kiara take the Disengage action as a Bonus Action, or spend 1 Focus Point to Disengage and Dodge as a Bonus Action.

Step of the Wind lets Kiara take the Dash action as a Bonus Action, or spend 1 Focus Point to Disengage and Dash as a Bonus Action, with her jump distance doubled for the turn.

Kiara can use a Reaction when an attack that hits her deals bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage to reduce the damage by 1d10 + her Dexterity modifier + her Monk level. If the damage is reduced to 0, she can spend 1 Focus Point to redirect the force of the attack to another creature in range.

Kiara has mastered martial combat with monk weapons and unarmed strikes. While unarmed or wielding only monk weapons and not wearing armor or using a shield, she can make a bonus unarmed strike, use Dexterity instead of Strength for attack and damage rolls with unarmed strikes and monk weapons, and use her Martial Arts die, 1d8, for those damage rolls.

While not wearing armor or using a shield, Kiara's Armor Class equals 10 + her Dexterity modifier + her Wisdom modifier.

Kiara has 5 Focus Points. She can spend them to use Flurry of Blows, Patient Defense, and Step of the Wind. She regains all expended Focus Points when she finishes a Short or Long Rest.

When Kiara rolls Initiative, she can regain all expended Focus Points. When she does so, she also regains hit points equal to her Monk level plus a roll of her Martial Arts die. She can use this feature once per Long Rest.

Kiara gains a Monk subclass. Her spirit training is reflected here as a warrior who channels storm and elemental force through disciplined motion and unarmed combat.

Kiara's walking speed increases by 10 feet while she is not wearing armor or using a shield.

Once per turn when Kiara hits with a Monk weapon or an Unarmed Strike, she can spend 1 Focus Point to force the target to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is Stunned until the start of Kiara's next turn. On a success, the target's Speed is halved until the start of Kiara's next turn, and the next attack roll made against it before then has Advantage.

Kiara can usually find a welcome place among temples, shrines, and the faithful. She can request modest aid, a place to rest, and help with simple religious rites from those who share her devotion, as long as she acts with proper respect.
