Appearance
A lean brass-scaled dragonborn with a narrow snout, faint scars along the jawline, and bright amber eyes that miss almost nothing. Fang wears dark fitted armor kept clean enough to avoid notice but practical enough for a fight, with a cloak cut to break up his silhouette in alleys and moonlight. A small ring of picked locks, stolen tokens, and lucky charms hangs at his belt, and his claws are carefully filed to a fine point.
Mannerisms
Fang speaks softly and rarely wastes words. He taps one claw against his thumb when thinking, always stands with one shoulder angled toward the nearest exit, and unconsciously counts rooms by doors, windows, and hiding places before he sits.
Personality
Patient, observant, and dryly funny, Fang prefers to let others underestimate him. He is protective of underdogs, deeply suspicious of authority, and strangely courteous to servants, thieves, and anyone who knows how to survive by their wits.
Ideals
Freedom. No chain should hold, whether it is forged from iron, poverty, fear, or bad loyalty. Fang believes people deserve the chance to decide who they become.
Bonds
He keeps the names of everyone who ever helped him escape prison, and he will repay every debt, even if it takes years.
Flaws
He trusts his own calculations more than other people's good intentions, and that makes him slow to accept help. When cornered, he gets colder instead of louder, which can make allies think he does not care. He also has a bad habit of keeping one more secret than is wise.

Background
Fang was born in a dockside quarter where dragonborn laborers were expected to be muscle, not mind. He learned early that a sharp eye and quicker hands could move him farther than honest work ever would. While other children chased coin, Fang chased patterns, weak locks, guard routes, and the quiet habits of people who thought themselves untouchable. By the time he was grown, he could open a door, read a ledger, and vanish before anyone knew the exchange had happened. A botched job changed everything. Fang took the fall for a crew that would have left him behind, and the city answered with chains, beatings, and a lesson in survival. He escaped, but not with vengeance burning in his chest. Instead, he found purpose in discipline. He became a fighter, not the brash kind who swings first and thinks later, but a patient combatant who treats every battle like a heist. Now Fang works the edges of the law, protecting his own, collecting secrets, and striking only when the odds are already tilted in his favor.
