Appearance
Tallín is a striking half-elf with golden hair that he keeps somewhat unkempt, paired with deep amber eyes that always seem to be searching for a spotlight. He wears a vibrant costume of teal and gold silks that have seen better days, showing signs of trail dust and minor repairs. His ears are only slightly pointed, and he carries his lute with the reverence most knights reserve for their swords.
Mannerisms
He frequently sweeps into a low, dramatic bow after completing a sentence he finds particularly poetic.
Personality
Tallín carries himself with a theatrical confidence that suggests he is merely a famous king traveling in disguise. He is genuinely kind and optimistic, though he has a tendency to embellish every story until the truth is buried under layers of dramatic metaphors. He believes that a bad day is simply a low point in a song before a glorious crescendo.
Ideals
Beauty. The world is full of misery and mud, so it is my duty to bring harmony and grace to everyone I meet.
Bonds
My instrument is the only thing that truly understands me, and I will do anything to make sure Oakhaven remembers my name with pride.
Flaws
I am terribly prone to flattery, and I will prioritize a chance at fame or a rich audience over common sense.

Background
Born in Oakhaven, a village so small it doesn't appear on most maps, Tallín spent his youth performing for indifferent livestock and unimpressed farmers. While his human father was content with the quiet life of a miller, the elven heritage from his mother gave Tallín a restless spirit and a voice that felt far too large for the local tavern. He spent years mastering the lute and learning every tale of high adventure he could find, convinced that the gods had intended him for a throne rather than a flour mill. On his twenty first birthday, he finally took his dented lute and a stolen silk scarf and set out to find the destiny he felt was owed to him. He treats every tavern performance as an audition for the royal court and every roadside encounter as a pivotal chapter in his future autobiography. Despite his delusions of grandeur, he is fueled by a sincere desire to bring beauty to the mundane lives of common folk, much like the life he fled.
