  When At will

  Starbrite sings, gestures, and releases a tiny burst of harmless magical flame, creating a dramatic supernatural sound or visual effect within range.

• Chromatic Orb

  When When a damaging magical opening is needed

  A bolt of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 lightning damage.

• Fire Bolt

  When When he wants maximum spectacle from a ranged attack

  Starbrite hurls a blazing mote that deals 1d10 fire damage on a hit, and a nearby creature can take additional fire damage if it fails a Dexterity saving throw.

• Mage Hand

  When When he needs a hand at a distance

  A shimmering hand of magical force manipulates objects, opens an unlocked container, retrieves an item, or performs similar simple tasks.

• Minor Illusion

  When When misdirection or stagecraft is useful

  Starbrite creates an illusion of a sound or image within range for up to one minute, often using it to enhance a performance or distract an audience.

• Color Spray

  When When several enemies are clustered together

  Starbrite launches a spray of colorful magical light in a 15-foot cone. Creatures that fail a Constitution saving throw are blinded until the end of his next turn.

• Magic Missile

  When When he needs reliable magical damage

  Starbrite's magical attack ignores the target's physical armor and strikes with force, dealing 1d4 + 1 force damage.

• SpellcastingLevel 1

  Starbrite uses Charisma as his spellcasting ability. He knows four sorcerer cantrips and two 1st-level sorcerer spells. He can use an arcane focus or component pouch as a spellcasting focus, and he can cast spells without preparing them in advance.

• Sorcerous Origin, Wild MagicLevel 1

  Starbrite's magic is fueled by unpredictable surges of power. Whenever he casts a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher, the Dungeon Master can have him roll a d20. On a roll of 1, he rolls on the Wild Magic Surge table. He also has Tides of Chaos, allowing him to gain advantage on one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. After using this feature, the Dungeon Master can have him roll for a Wild Magic Surge after a later sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher, after which he regains the use of Tides of Chaos.

• DarkvisionTieflingStarbrite can see in dim light within 60 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light, though he sees only in shades of gray.
• Hellish ResistanceTieflingStarbrite has resistance to fire damage.
• Infernal LegacyTieflingStarbrite knows the Thaumaturgy cantrip. At 3rd level, he can cast Hellish Rebuke once per long rest, and at 5th level, he can cast Darkness once per long rest. Charisma is his spellcasting ability for these spells.
