Appearance
Jassyaszad is a tall, spindly Aasimar with glowing violet skin and pupils that resemble two-sided dice. She is perpetually hunched over, carrying a satchel overflowing with parchment and carved wooden miniatures. When she activates her wings, they appear as a flickering wireframe of blue light, resembling a digital grid rather than feathers.
Mannerisms
She constantly taps her fingers as if moving invisible game pieces across a table.
Personality
She views the entire world through the lens of a strategy game. She is socially awkward and frequently calculates the 'success rate' of her conversations aloud, much to the annoyance of others. She is brilliantly analytical but physically frail and deeply pessimistic about any plan that relies on 'the luck of the draw'.
Ideals
Efficiency. Every move must be calculated to minimize waste and maximize output.
Bonds
I carry a set of weighted dice from my first gaming house, the only thing that reminds me of home.
Flaws
I am so obsessed with strategy that I forget people are not pawns, leading to frequent tactical betrayals.
Quirks
Background
Jassyaszad spent her youth in the dark alleys of the lower city, running high-stakes gambling rings and fixing dice games with her supernatural intuition. While most Aasimar seek to fulfill a divine purpose, she was only interested in finding the mathematical core of reality. Her life changed when she accidentally contacted a vast, multidimensional consciousness that she interprets as the 'Master of the Game'. This Great Old One granted her power in exchange for her acting as its proxy in the grand simulation of the world. Since then, she has moved through life like a grandmaster at a chess board. She does not kill for glory or gold, but to see how the board state changes. She treats every dungeon crawl as a high-level encounter and often critiques her enemies for their 'poor positioning' during her own death-defying escapes.
