Thick black ichor periodically drips from the crown, staining her face. She carries a gnarled staff topped with a glowing shard of obsidian that pulses with a sickly violet aura, mirrored by the faint wisps of dark smoke following her footsteps.

She is detached and speaks with an ethereal air, often referring to herself as a memory rather than a person. She possesses a macabre curiosity about the dark history of the lands she travels through and displays a total lack of fear toward the undead, feeling a kinship with the spirits of the past.

Elowen was manufactured in the mist-shrouded domain of Tepest through a ruinous pact between her parents and the hags of the Three Sisters. Her life was given in exchange for a portion of the future, essentially woven together from the repressed and discarded memories of the fallen knight Lord Soth. She was further refined by the cold arcana of the Canjar line, serving as a living receptacle for the darkness of Sithicus. Her crown of elm is not merely an accessory, it is a conduit to the land spirit of Sithicus. As she travels closer to the realm of the death knight, the roots of the crown grow deeper, stinging her flesh as they seek to anchor her to the memory she was birthed from. She wanders the world following the influence of Nuitari, the black moon, searching for the knight whose ghost she effectively embodies.
