Appearance
Lazya is a hulking orc woman, 6'5" tall and built like a siege engine, with dense corded muscle, deep olive-green skin, and a broad scarred face beneath a shaved bald head. Her amber eyes are hard and watchful under a heavy brow, and her tusks are filed sharp and rise proudly past her upper lip. Iron rings hang from her pointed ears, tribal tattoos stripe her bare arms, and old white scars web across her scalp and body. She dresses for work and violence, in patched gray work pants, steel-toed boots, a coarse black sleeveless undershirt, and a battered open leather vest stained by years of sweat and blood.
Mannerisms
Lazya stands unnervingly still when listening, then moves all at once when she decides. She rolls her shoulders before a fight like a boxer loosening up, cracks her neck once, and keeps her hands wrapped and ready. When irritated, she taps two knuckles against her own sternum as if checking the quality of a wall. She rarely wastes words, and when she approves of someone, she gives a single sharp nod rather than praise.
Personality
Blunt, steady, and intimidatingly calm, Lazya values competence over charisma and results over promises. She is not cruel, but she is unsentimental, and she trusts people who stand their ground. She respects labor, discipline, and courage under pressure, and she has a dry, almost deadpan sense of humor that surfaces only after someone survives a dangerous situation with her.
Ideals
Respect is earned through action. Power should shield the helpless, not crush them. If the world only listens to strength, then strength must learn restraint, or it becomes the same cruelty it hates.
Bonds
She still carries a fragment of her old clan's iron token, and swears she will one day buy back, bury, or avenge every name that was stolen when the Spire took her people. She protects workers, drifters, and anyone crushed under someone else's boot, because she knows exactly what that feels like.
Flaws
Lazya solves too many problems with her fists and not enough with patience. She assumes hesitation is weakness, and she can mistake fear for disrespect. Subtle lies, bureaucratic traps, and social games frustrate her so badly that she may turn a simple negotiation into a test of wills. When anger takes hold, she becomes stubbornly single-minded, and once she decides someone deserves a beating, it can be hard to convince her to stop.
Quirks
Background
Lazya was born beneath open sky, in a nomadic orc clan that crossed the wind-scoured plains beyond the city walls. Her people measured worth in endurance, hard fists, and the ability to keep moving when the world wanted you dead. She was always the strongest child in the camp, the one who could haul the heaviest load, endure the longest march, and keep standing after blows that sent others sprawling. Long before she learned the Common tongue, she learned how to read a body, how to break a grip, how to turn a table leg, bottle, or broken chair into a weapon, and how to smile through a split lip.
