Features
25 featuresAction
- Extra AttackLevel 5
You can attack twice instead of once whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Bonus action
- FisticuffsLevel 1
Your years of fighting in back alleys and taverns have given you mastery over combat styles that use Unarmed Strikes and Pugilist weapons. You gain a Bonus Action Unarmed Strike, use a Fisticuffs die of 1d8 for Unarmed Strikes and Pugilist weapons, and can use improvised weapons as if they had the Sap mastery property.
- Salty SaluteLevel 3
As a bonus action, you can provoke a creature within 60 feet that can see or hear you. On a failed Wisdom saving throw, it takes psychic damage equal to your Fisticuffs die plus your Constitution modifier and has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you until the start of your next turn. Save DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + Constitution modifier.
- Dig DeepLevel 4
As a bonus action, for 10 minutes you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, and you ignore exhaustion levels lower than 6. You can use this once per long rest, or again by taking 1 level of exhaustion.
- Dig DeepLevel 4
You can use a bonus action to dig deep into sheer stubborn force. This is the classic survival burst of the pugilist, and Serriah uses it like a spotlight cue for violence.
Reaction
- Bloodied But UnbowedLevel 2
When you take damage, you can use your Reaction to regain all expended Moxie Points. If you are Bloodied, you also gain temporary hit points equal to four times your Pugilist level. You can use this once per Short or Long Rest.
Always on
- Bard FeaturesLevel 1
You know how to inspire and mystify with performance, magic, and social grace. You are a full bardic spellcaster and gain the bard features for all levels 1 through 14, including Bardic Inspiration, Jack of All Trades, Song of Rest, Expertise, Font of Inspiration, Countercharm, Magical Secrets, and Superior Inspiration.
- Entertainer Background FeaturesLevel 1
A character who thrives on style and performance, gaining proficiency and social presence that can turn an audience into allies.
- Iron ChinLevel 1
While wearing Light or no armor and not wielding a Shield, your base Armor Class equals 12 plus your Constitution modifier.
- MoxieLevel 2
You can spend Moxie Points to Brace Up, One-Two Punch, or Stick and Move. You regain all expended Moxie Points after a Short or Long Rest.
- Swagger StreakLevel 2
When you fail a Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, or Charisma check, you can expend a Moxie Point to add your Fisticuffs die to the roll. If the check still fails, you regain the point and cannot use this feature again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
- Heavy HitterLevel 3
When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can apply the damage and also choose the Grapple or Shove option.
- Pugilist SubclassLevel 3
You gain the Piss and Vinegar Pugilist subclass, a vicious and theatrical fighting style built around taunts, dirty tricks, and combat provocation.
- Bad AttitudeLevel 3
You gain proficiency in Intimidation if you do not already have it, and you add your Strength modifier, minimum +1, as a bonus to Intimidation checks.
- Ability Score ImprovementLevel 4
You gain an Ability Score Improvement or feat. Bard levels do not grant feats in 2014 rules, but Pugilist levels 4, 8, 12, and 16 do, and all are included here as part of this multiclass build.
- HaymakerLevel 5
When you make an attack with an Unarmed Strike or Pugilist weapon, you can expend 1 Moxie Point to deal maximum damage on a hit and regain the point.
- Moxie-Fueled FistsLevel 6
Your Unarmed Strikes and improvised weapon attacks can deal your choice of force damage or their normal damage type.
- Dirty TricksLevel 6
You gain one of the following Dirty Tricks each turn, and each trick refreshes after a Short or Long Rest. Heelstomper can reduce a creature's speed to 0 on a failed Dexterity save. Low Blow grants advantage against the target on attacks until the end of your next turn on a failed Strength save. Pocket Sand can blind a creature within 10 feet on a failed Constitution save until the end of its next turn.
- Font of InspirationLevel 5
You regain a Bardic Inspiration use when you finish a Short or Long Rest once per day beginning at 5th level, and at higher bard levels you become a full battlefield manipulator and master performer.
- Bard ProgressionLevel 6

Appearance
Serriah is a striking changeling with stark white skin, a silver-white undercut, and featureless, blank white eyes ringed by dark shadows. Her nose and mouth are almost ghostlike in their softness, and her overall build reads feminine and controlled, with an androgynous beauty sharpened by cold poise. She favors a grey hoodie sweatshirt, black cargo pants, and simple streetwear that lets her move freely. Her presence is unsettling at first glance, then unforgettable once she smiles, or at least seems to.
Mannerisms
She speaks softly until she decides not to, then every word lands like a dare. She holds eye contact a beat too long, tilts her head when assessing someone, and rarely wastes movement. In public she smiles with polished charm, but in private she watches people as if measuring where they will break.
Personality
Confident, sardonic, and theatrically composed, Serriah treats every room like a stage and every confrontation like a performance with real stakes. She is protective of the vulnerable, quick to mock cruelty, and surprisingly tender with people who have nothing left to prove. She likes control, but not domination, and she respects anyone who owns their choices as fiercely as she does.
Ideals
Freedom. No one gets to own her body, her voice, or her choices. She believes pleasure, performance, and power should belong to the person wielding them, not the person trying to buy them.
Bonds
Serriah fiercely protects the few people who treated her like a person instead of a product. She keeps mementos from every safe house, backstage room, and kind patron who helped her survive. She has vowed that no one under her care will ever be cornered the way she once was.
Flaws
Serriah can be reckless when challenged, especially if someone tries to belittle her appearance, autonomy, or work. She sometimes uses seduction, sarcasm, or intimidation before trusting kindness, and she has a hard time believing affection is ever free. When she feels cornered, she may escalate too quickly and refuse to back down even when retreat would be wiser.
Quirks
Background
Serriah learned early that beauty was currency and fear was leverage. As a changeling born into a world that constantly tried to name, shape, and claim her, she survived by becoming whatever the room wanted most. In alleys, backstage corridors, and private salons, she discovered that a well-timed grin, a perfect posture, and a voice like silk could open doors that steel never could. She entered the world of performance as a camera model and private escort, but what she truly mastered was attention itself, the art of holding it, bending it, and weaponizing it when others mistook her for fragile or ornamental. Her glamour training began as survival and grew into art. On stage and in intimate rooms alike, Serriah learned how to enchant a crowd, how to redirect hostility, and how to turn desire into a shield. When a client tried to own her, she answered with a broken nose and a smile so calm it terrified everyone watching. That night she discovered the fist as an instrument of truth. The ballroom lights, the flash of cameras, the hush before applause, all of it fed the same instinct, to command the room. Now she moves through modern high fantasy cities as a polished predator in casual clothes, a glamour bard who can charm an audience one moment and drop a bully with a bare-knuckle counter the next.
