She wears a brown blindfold tied neatly across her eyes, a white and gold breastplate kept spotless, and a yellow tabard marked with stern holy sigils. Her gear is practical and severe, but she trims it with small touches of bright gold, as if even her war dress must testify to heaven's authority.

Caeca is severe, commanding, and impeccably self-disciplined when dealing with wrongdoing. She speaks like a magistrate delivering sentence, and she expects immediate obedience from criminals, cowards, and liars.
