Appearance
Trion is a short, fit human woman with a pixie haircut of pale blond hair, green eyes, and a face marked by old scars that never quite fade. She stands 5'2" with a compact, wiry build that suggests stubborn endurance more than brute force. She usually wears practical leather armor over travel-stained clothes, keeps her bow close, and carries herself with the careful alertness of someone who has learned to expect the next problem before it arrives.
Mannerisms
She speaks softly, often only after a pause, and keeps her eyes on exits, corners, and hands. When nervous, she rubs a thumb along the hilt of her dagger or the edge of her quiver strap. She listens more than she talks, but when a job is on the line her voice becomes suddenly clear and practical.
Personality
Shy and introverted, Trion rarely seeks attention and usually lets others take the spotlight. She is earnest, persistent, and strangely fearless when a quest is offered, because work gives her something to do besides remember being unwanted. She wants to be strong not for glory, but so that no one can discard her again.
Ideals
Self-reliance. No one should ever own her fate again. If strength must be earned one dungeon at a time, then she will earn it.
Bonds
She refuses to abandon anyone who reminds her of how lost she once was, and she secretly treasures the few people who treated her like she belonged when she had nothing.
Flaws
She is painfully quiet around strangers, and when she feels judged she may accept reckless work just to prove she can endure it. Her need to become strong can make her ignore her own limits, and she sometimes mistakes stubbornness for courage.
Quirks
Background
Trion remembers a life that ended badly and a new one that began without warning. She was torn from her old world and dropped into this one in nothing but her pajamas, summoned as a supposed hero, only to discover that the role she had been given did not fit her at all. There was no hero class waiting for her, no triumph, no cheering welcome. Instead, she was judged as a mistake and cast out of the hero’s party before she had a chance to prove anything. Too shy to argue, too embarrassed to beg, and too stubborn to disappear, she started from nothing. She took any quest, any job, any dungeon contract she could find, scraped together coin by coin, and built herself a life from the scraps. First came leather armor, then a dagger, then a bow, each purchase a promise that she would never be helpless again. Now she wanders from ruin to ruin with a quiet, hungry determination, not because she loves danger, but because danger is the fastest road to strength, and strength is the only thing no one can take away from her again.
“There was no hero class waiting for her, no triumph, no cheering welcome.”
